“Fantastic First Visit – We’ll Be Back! We had a great first experience at this lovely Italian restaurant. The atmosphere was classy yet comfortable, and the food was excellent. We shared a tasty calamari appetizer, I had a huge gourmet personal pizza, and my husband enjoyed the shrimp linguine—everything was delicious. Despite a busy restaurant and patio, the two servers handled it all with speed and care. Service was attentive, and the prices were very reasonable for the generous portions. “Here’s the real deal. Breakfast is unparalleled. The Benedict’s are great. The breakfast wrap is great and most plates come with fresh fruit. My favourite is the Croissant French Toast. You come for the food, but certainly stay for the service. These people care. Mel is fantastic, funny, charming and will make you feel like your part of the family.
Also the wing deal on Wednesdays is a great bang for your buck. Get the suicide sauce. It’s hot but full of personality. 10/10 would recommend.“

“Was heading downtown to the Colonnade but the traffic was backed up at Woodroffe Avenue so decided to try the Carling location. Ended up being a very good decision. Italian salad and pizza as good, if not better, than downtown. Our server, Roman, was excellent. He provided great service and you can tell he enjoys what he does, many thanks. No more trips downtown!“

“The lovely woman serving us was very friendly, very nice and easy to work with. She provided us everything we needed and let us enjoy our food in peace. We were on a less busy evening so she let us stay as long as we wanted. I had the chicken parmesan with pasta and unfortunately found the pasta kind of bland and boring. The the chicken parmesan needed a lot more flavor. I think the just plain tomato sauce needs some work. All in all the experience was very nice and the food was good but not excellent.“

Today, I saw another regular - a young French (I believe she’s French) lady working today and she is always so welcoming and friendly everytime I come. I saw another young Canadian man, maybe 17-19, working at the cashier - very polite, very kind! I don’t normally tip for when I pick up but at Pizza Hut, I do! Thank you for the excellent service.
