“Had the chance to try this bakery’s most popular cake. It’s called the Ovaltine Crispy Chiffon Cake. It was light, fluffy and not too sweet. The Rosemary decorations when eaten with the cake, adds another dimension to the taste.
This was purchased by someone in the party I attended recently. I noticed, I was not the only one that enjoyed the cake. Apparently, it was purchased from a bakery where the food court is located.
The owner was quite friendly as I inquired about the bakery. Price $25 as per the bakery’s website. They even provided 1 candle with the cake. Not sure if it was included in the price or not.

“We loved this cake made by Rabia! It was loved at first sight 😅 She made pur cake the way we liked it and she followed every details that we requested. The cake was very moist and flavorful! My family and friends enjoyed every single bite of the cake worth the money! I strongly recommend @sweets in da Makin!“

“We ordered the taiwanese hot dessert and black sesame waffles and they were really tasty! The black sesame ice cream especially was so delicious! 🤤 The portion was good, space was clean and the service was excellent. They really have an extensive dessert and regular meal menu and we were so intrigued. We’ll definitely come back to try other items on the menu!“

“I really liked Miss Lin cafe! I came here with a friend and I thought the desserts were absolutely beautiful. They were also quite tasty and a good mix of fruits, jellies and chewy mochis. The only thing I would say is if your dessert comes with flowers, don’t eat the flowers! I don’t think they’re supposed to be edible flowers as my flower did not taste too good.“

“Not sure why this place has several negative reviews, everything I ate was super tasty and the service was good.

The popcorn chicken was so delicious for a dessert restaurant- better than most restaurant popcorn chickens. Came with a sweet-savoury seasoning powder too.

The mango and pomelo in my sago was so fresh and perfectly ripe even in November! Tasted like summer!

All the sweets are Chinese level sweet, so if you have a MAJOR sweet tooth this probably won't be your favourite.

The restaurant is also very homey and feels very cozy to eat in, like it's your grandma's house.

A little gem that's easy to miss but highly recommend. Decent prices too, can try several items and not break the bank.“
