“I go to this place regularly since I work nearby. They have a great selection of dishes on the menu and their daily specials are definitely a great value. My dad was supposed to order a plain burger for my son, but due to his limited English, he accidentally ordered just a plain patty instead. I called the store and went back to get the bun (lol). The two Chinese staff members apologized, even though it really wasn’t their fault. “Tried church’s chicken for the first time. Overall was a good experience. The chicken pieces are nice and crispy with a good seasoning. The onion rings were amazing, they were best I have had a fast food joint. Fries were okay so I would recommend to only buy the onion rings. Reading the reviews , I agree with the disorganization. There isn’t enough people working and I feel there is too much going on for the cashier. We asked for white meat but got dark meat, she fixed so no big deal. I would suggest that they have a separate tray for white meat.

The biscuits are also amazing. I don’t think I would need to go to Popeye’s again after eating here.

“I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons almost every day for over a month now, as my husband has been in the hospital. Being here for so long, you start to notice things—good and bad—and I felt it was time I finally left a review.

First, I want to talk about the young lady who seems to be either a manager or supervisor. She’s tall and always moving around, helping in every corner of the store—taking orders, running food, checking on the staff, even wiping tables when no one else is looking. She carries herself with a quiet grace and patience that truly touched my heart.

One day, when I was feeling overwhelmed and tired, she smiled gently at me and took the time to explain my order clearly when I was a bit confused. She didn’t rush me, and I could feel genuine kindness from her—something you don’t always get in busy places like this. I never got the chance to thank her properly, but if she’s reading this: thank you for your warmth, especially during a hard time in my life.

However, not everything is perfect in this store. On more than one occasion, I’ve noticed some staff members being outright disrespectful to this kind young woman. One time, I was standing nearby when I heard a staff member raise their voice at her in a very unpleasant way. I could see she was trying hard not to break down. She just quietly said, “I don’t want to talk about it right now,” and walked away to help another customer like nothing happened. I honestly don’t know how she does it—with a smile still on her face. That’s real strength and professionalism.

It breaks my heart a little to see someone who is doing their very best, under so much pressure, not always get the respect they deserve—from both coworkers and customers. It’s sad to say, but some guests are not always polite either. Yet, this young lady treats everyone the same—with kindness and patience.

I’ve been around long enough to know when someone’s heart is in the right place, and hers surely is. Tim Hortons, if you’re reading this, please recognize the gem you have in her. She is the reason I’ve kept coming back here during one of the hardest times of my life. And while there are things that can be improved—mainly staff attitude and teamwork—I truly hope she gets the support she deserves.

“Been here a few times for lunch. No other Mr. Sub location comes close. The restaurant is always clean and the bread + ingredients are consistently fresh.

Always the same 3 men working here. I assume they own the place, which is why the food is always so good! They definitely care and it shows. Sandwich proportions are perfect as there’s never one ingredient overwhelming the others, unlike Subway with their teenaged workers piling on heaps of stale lettuce.“
