“I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for a while, used to love how my coffee would brighten my day with rich, balanced flavor. Lately though, the quality has dipped; drinks feel rushed and inconsistent. On the upside, the staff is always friendly and service is quick.“

“Two things will tell you if you’re at a good location.1. Exceptional staff and baristas who don’t miss a beat, and 2. The quality and taste of the Nitro Cold Brew. And this location won me at that.I’m a bit particular about the taste of Nitro, and if its pulled wrong or the ratio of water that is mixed in is wrong, it can throw the flavour off. If the tanks and lines aren’t cleaned properly you can get a bitter or strange tasting beverage. There are a lot of moving parts in making sure the cold brew is up to par, and is usually a good indicator as to how much care the staff takes in preparing the cold brew (and likely everything else). That litmus test is what I personally use to know if I want to keep going to a location or not, and I never have issues here.Also special shout-out to JC who knew exactly what I wanted from my Nitro beverage. “Great experience today! I originally asked for soy milk, but they were out. The server (who seemed a little nervous) kindly explained and asked what other milk I’d like instead. She handled it really well, made my drink perfectly, and it was still delicious. She did a great job — keep it up! 👏☕️ too bad I didn’t catch her name though..“

Never ever ever make this ever again, throw out the ingredients of that disgusting chocolate paste or whatever that madness was that I just had in my mouth. I’m sorry but I am just warning others. “The act of kindness I experienced at this location yesterday was a reminder that you never know what kind of impact you have on someone's day. For context, I was not having a good day and was tasked with picking up 2 trays of drinks by myself. I had to park farther away due to the lot being full, and it was raining. The team member offered to walk me to my car (in the rain) so that I wouldn't have to carry the drinks by myself. Luckily, I had an umbrella and offered to walk them back to the store, to which they declined. I needed that small act of kindness and it lightened a very stressful day.“
