They went above and beyond by checking the ingredients in the red pepper egg bites to ensure there were no dairy products, making sure I could enjoy my meal with peace of mind. Their attentiveness and willingness to help were much appreciated!“

“Hiral is an awesome employee... I have dietary restrictions & cannot have eggs. I asked her if she has any sandwiches that dont have any meat or eggs used in it. She patiently guided me through the options & I purchased a sourdough sandwich. It was morning time which is usually busy for the business but I still felt welcomed & not rushed into my order. I think other businesses should learn how to serve the customers

“Ordered on the app and picked up via the drive through 2 days in a row at this location. The service is fast and the barista was very good and attentive. We liked the drinks they created and will definitely come back when we are in Markham area again.“

“Two things will tell you if you’re at a good location.1. Exceptional staff and baristas who don’t miss a beat, and 2. The quality and taste of the Nitro Cold Brew. And this location won me at that.I’m a bit particular about the taste of Nitro, and if its pulled wrong or the ratio of water that is mixed in is wrong, it can throw the flavour off. If the tanks and lines aren’t cleaned properly you can get a bitter or strange tasting beverage. There are a lot of moving parts in making sure the cold brew is up to par, and is usually a good indicator as to how much care the staff takes in preparing the cold brew (and likely everything else). That litmus test is what I personally use to know if I want to keep going to a location or not, and I never have issues here.Also special shout-out to JC who knew exactly what I wanted from my Nitro beverage. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work. Cheers!“

“This place offered a pleasant ambience and good service, making it a great spot to relax. I tried the Cinnamon Coffee Cake and the Brown Sugar White Mocha with Cinnamon, and both were delicious. The warm flavors are especially perfect for cozy weather.“

“Came here a bit late to break my fast with a quick sandwich, and ended up seeing Darren, Katie and Carrisa from the Unionville mainst location! Total sweethearts, I don't usually visit starbucks, but the fact that they were so cheery and kind made the visit 2000x better!“

“I had amazing service when I came, this is my go to Starbucks location now. Especially the baristas Kelvin and Mitchell, they make my day so much better whenever I see them as my servers. They deserve a raise for the drinks that they make for me.“
