“I was there a couple of weeks ago for dine-in with my husband. Lexie took our order. Tonight I went through the drive-thru and coincidentally Lexie took my order again. Just want to give this young girl a shout out! Fast food industry can be challenging as we all know for both the customers and the employees I have to say, this young lady was remarkable! Very pleasant, always smiling, excellent customer service and got our orders right the first time. Kudos to her parents for raising a respectful young lady. “Unfortunately, I had the steak chunk sandwich, on special....their name for it was a Cheesesteak sandwich...chunks of reheated old steak, with ample grizzle, without cheese...couldn't eat it...but the onion rings were great...used to love going there, but the food has dropped in quality...sad. Did get ample apologies from our waitress, and it's certainly not her fault...she did go inside, after seeing the mess on my plate...comped half the price, even with 3/4 left...oh well...thank you, I guess.“
