“We were craving for some jerk chicken and Google led us to this nice Caribbean restaurant! It is a “little gem” in Mississauga! Jerk chicken has big portions, packed with flavors and chicken is moist! The owners, workers are all friendly! I ended up ordering more to take home!! Will be back soon! I will tell all my friends about it, so more people can enjoy!“

“I had a taste for Caribbean Roti. I searched in the area and found this restaurant. The place is quaint and casual for dining. There is seating available for patrons. The young man who took my order was friendly and professional. I ordered the shrimp roti. The food took about 10-15 minutes. When I received the food it was nice and hot.
The shrimp roti was tasty and flavorful. A hint of spicy...just the way I like. The bust-up shot was warm and flaky.
I enjoyed my meal. The meal can feed two people.
The place had an ample amount of parking for patrons.“

“First enjoyed Fred's Cooking at a recent Birthday party and really enjoyed it.Unable to tolerate Hot spicy food, but it was just right! Ordered Oxtail, Jerk Chicken, Garlic butter Shrimp, Plantain, RiceN Peas and they added a Complimentary Garden salad! All my Guests enjoyed the Meal, had seconds and took some home👍“

“I really enjoyed myself especially the meal, I was lucky enough to get the oxtail rice and peas with coleslaw and to top it off macaroni salad... Yummy ? I want to give a big thanks to the great customer service that I got, I chose to dine in and I got treated so amazingly by a young lady named Sylvia who greeted me with a big smile and was great with directing me to the. It is inside the Cabana restaurant and lounge, Sims Caribbean food was so on point I loved it and I even ordered a second one to go.
Parking: There is lots of space on the front and in the back for parking“

“Viv's is the best carribean food around. The Jerk Pork, BBQ Jerk Chicken, Oxtail, Curry Goat its all delicious. The owners are so kind as well, it really is home cooked mom & pop feel. The portions are very generous. It is a great place to get takeout on a day you want to eat out, but still eat healthy.“

“A hidden gem in Mississauga I came across by accident. The restaurant had an offer on Skip the Dishes for free delivery over $30, a late night special. I checked out the reviews and decided to give them a try. Being a Guyanese girl myself, our standards for authentic Guyanese Chinese food is very high. And we tend to already have our usual go to spots for these dishes. But boy was I surprised and in luck! Just opening the fried rice box and the smell alone, I knew that I was in for a huge treat! The special fried rice is served with crispy fried chicken on top. It was exceptional and the chicken was juicy and tender inside and very crispy on the outside. I also ordered the pepper wings. They were very well seasoned, spicy and extra crispy. I was shocked that both dishes were still piping hot and super crispy despite my home being almost 15 minutes away from the restaurant. I also ordered a few shrimp rolls, that were also very crispy and delicious! If you’re looking for the real deal authentic Guyanese Chinese food in Mississauga, definitely check them out! I’m so happy I found this spot and will be back!“

“First time there today. Food was exactly what I wanted. Ordered 2 boneless chicken roti wraps and coleslaw. Wrap was packed with chicken that was so tender. The coleslaw was creamy and a slight sweetness to it. Reminder me of what coleslaw should taste like. We will definitely go again. Atmosphere was quiet. Not very talkative, pleasant but quiet. Service was good, but only gave 4 stars cause it could have been a little more sociable. Which I expect from a Caribbean restaurant. Still looking forward to next time and fingers crossed they have patties left. Those were sold out. Which tells me they must be good!“
“I love to be there when there's an event, because it gets really busy, and that for me, is when one gets to know a great restaurant... service is still amazing...busy or not! Great place to be, for lunch, dinner or special events... please don't forget 1/2 price wings on Tuesdays...throw in some festivals too eh! I usually order some steamed broccoli on the side, to balance out the wings and festivals! ;)“

“We stopped by on July 1st and found the place closed. As we were about to leave, the owner came out a few minutes later, asked if we were hungry, and kindly offered to prepare something if we gave him 20 minutes. The food was absolutely delicious—full of flavor—and the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There is a clear reason why he has a 4.9 rating“

“I entered this establishment with welcoming staff and patrons. I ordered doubles and while I was waiting I had a drink. The bartender was nice and on point with the drinks. “Great food. Really good curry as compared to some of the other places I tried. The service was good. Had to wait a little while, so I would advise you to call and order so you can just collect. The ambience is not one of the best places to sit and eat but it's clean.“

“This Jamaican jerk spot is a gem! I tried the goat stew with rice and coleslaw, and it was incredible—deep, rich flavors in every bite. The goat was tender, the spices had a perfect kick, and the coleslaw balanced everything with just the right crunch. Authentic and bold, this place knows how to hit the flavor notes right.
