Very bad experience, I think I will stop having my coffee from any tim all over the world, the employee literally put her four fingers inside my cup before filling it,that was very discussing,I choked ?.
Always messes up my order. Either they don’t cut the bagel or they don’t double toast it as instructed.. staff is always very rude. I was at drive thru in my car and there was this Indian guy giving me my order, he was stinking so bad that it almost made me throw up.. maybe tim horton should provide Deodorant to staff with some basic customer service training ..

Every time I mobile order to this Tim Hortons the ice cap machine is either broken or it’s the espresso machine needing to be cleaned. Today it was the ice cap machine, didn’t even bother to offer me my money back when they couldn’t give me the product I had ordered through the app they instead try to offer me something not even close to the value.
