“We stayed at the hotel with another family and booked a dinner reservation for 9 people on our first night. Upon arriving early for the reservation, the hostess Tara refused to seat us despite many large empty tables being available and our reservation time being only a mere 20 minutes away. Her explanation was that she needed to seat those who booked the earlier reservation slot before us. This made no sense. There restaurant was not very busy and few people arriving in the meantime. Certainly no large groups that needed to be seated at one of the large tables. We had little children aged 3 and up who were exhausted from the day and we couldn't understand why we were made to wait that extra time. Otherwise the service was great and no complaints about the food.“

A great dish overall with just a couple of refinements that would elevate it even further. A bit more sauce would bring everything together, and finishing the sauce with cold butter would give it that rich, glossy restaurant-quality finish. The microgreens add a nice touch but with a hot dish like this wilt very quickly. a few fresh basil leaves would complement the flavors even better. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and cooked flawlessly tender, juicy, and the highlight of the plate. With a few minor tweaks to the pasta and garnish that would be an exceptional dish.“

“Excellent! Same great drinks, same great food as all other Montanas across the country. Prices are good, and the server was excellent. A group of us had our course graduation party there. I had a burger with fries and Mojitos. Others had the all you can eat ribs which is a steal for $32. I also got the spinach dip which never disappoints.“
