Starbucks in Newmarket

“This is one of the only Starbucks locations who makes the Mango Dragonfruit refresher the way it's supposed to be made. Any time I order from any other Starbucks location, it's usually watered down and pretty much tasteless. Not only does this location make the drinks perfectly, the staff are very friendly here. Definitely recommend this location.“

“I came in on the Saturday and it was extremely busy!!! I don’t usually go to the mall Starbucks but I was seeing a friend nearby so I decided to stop by for my favourite Chestnut praline latte. Tell me why I had to wait for 15 minutes to be given a drink by a rude worker. I went to ask the blonde girl for a remake, who’s name I think was Kierra. She was extremely kind and accommodating and remade my drink right away!! But embarrassingly I spilled my drink as soon as I walked away. I went to go buy a new drink, but I guess the Kierra girl noticed I spilled my last drink and quickly remade it free of charge! Truly a great example of what good customer service looks like and I think the ruder worker I had make my drink earlier should take notes!!
