“Shoutout to Hannah!!

She was incredibly professional and kind during a hectic Friday morning. Somehow, my coffee order got mixed up and was replaced with a chai latte. I didn’t notice until I had already driven all the way back to work. Frustrated, I turned around and headed back to get the correct drink.

As soon as I arrived, Hannah greeted me with a warm smile and immediately apologized for the mix-up. She quickly remade my drink and even offered me a free cake pop as a kind gesture.

This is exactly how customer service should be; empathetic, efficient, and thoughtful. Mistakes happen, but Hannah turned a frustrating situation into a genuinely pleasant experience. I’m very impressed and grateful!“

“Like the Flat White coffee ☕ but the food not so much. Although a cheese Danish and lemon loaf are passable.
Atmosphere: you are surrounded by people working on laptops who never seem to leave and take up all the tables and chairs 😬“

“Great Starbucks. Right on the way if you are coming back from cottage country. The baristas are sweet and polite, they even gave us a free iced tea latte with a shot of espresso!

Washrooms are clean and there are a couple of tables/ chairs to sit.

Also, the location isn't too busy and there was plenty of parking.“

“Something about this location that just can’t get the drinks spot in every time. It’s never consistent.

I’ve been drinking the same thing for 3-4 years now and this location can almost never get it right.

Worth noting my drink is a menu item and not some super combo I created.“

“Great Customer Service Experience. Clean store. Love my Matcha Latte. A little pricey. Vanilla syrup used to be only $12 & they raised it to $24 since covid. The staff told me that the syrups weren't selling like they used to at all other starbucks locations.“
