“I saw Sugar and Slice at the Welland market today and couldn’t resist trying the pecan butter tarts. The 2 ppl serving me were lovely and informed me that I need to compost the container because the packaging is made from plants. That extra care is amazing and I was so happy when they told me. I saved them for a family post dinner treat and OMG these pecan butter tarts were the best we have ever had!! Perfect amount of crust, gooey inside, crunchy pecans, and the topping- whoa- caramelized sugary perfection. Amazing job you guys!
