“Catherine is incredible. She rescued a cake for us that we had ordered from another vendor that did not look anything like the inspiration photo and completely transformed it. And she did it last minute, after already working a full 12 hour day, on a holiday weekend. And she offered to pick up the cake from us and she dropped it to the party venue the next day. So so incredibly kind and talented. We are forever grateful!! You cannot go wrong with a Willow cake, they are both beautiful and delicious and made by wonderful people!“

“On Nov 15th after seeing my friends show, I made a mistake In assuming me and my friend could make It home without the assistance of our phones, because they had no charge due to my neglect and preparation. After stopping at a gas station and purchasing a charger to use In the car, me and my friend considered this solution may not be quick enough. So we tried to find a business that was open, and we arrived here to ask for directions. I was presumably visibly upset to the workers at the time when I asked for directions home, they acted quickly In giving us directions home, and letting me charge my phone with one employee's personal fast charger. I had offered them 10$ since we didn't Intend to buy anything, but they refused. If that doesn't inspire confidence In the care and quality they provide to customer service, and In turn their food, I'm not sure what else could. Thank you guys!“

“ABSOLUTE ROCK STARS! Recently purchased some meat to make my first batch of sausage with. Nick went above and beyond and educated me on the different cuts of meats, what percentages to use and tips and tricks and made sure I got the best of the best. When I picked up everything Joe treated me like family and was very helpful and friendly and also gave me some more education. It's awesome to see two people take so much pride and passion in what they do and treating customers like family. Also, on my way into the store I stopped by the bakery department (like the elf I am LOL) and spoke with the bakery person who was amazing (sorry, didnt get her name, older lady with glasses-very friendly). She educated me on ALL of the sweets and baked goods, how much pride/passion they take in their in house baking goods and also the specialty items from Germany and Italy etc. WOW!
