“The baklava is nice and super flaky which is sort of rare nowadays. Ingredients seemed high quality and fresh. If the bottom piece of the baklava was a touch less sweet, it would be perfect. The trilece was delicious, had balanced sweetness and the glazed top layer was amazing. It had an interesting and slightly different taste that you dont encounter often (in a good way). Guy that runs it is super nice and personable. Dont expect super low prices though, these pastries are quality. Would return 100%.“

“I am Korean Canadian with a pretty normal palate for food. I have become a regular here for the breads and pastry. In particular I love their personal sized pizzas and a tubular pastry that has feta and spinach Burek I think, I forget the name but absolutely the most crispy flaky and delicious breakfast I can have. Seems (pronounce Shems) is the gentlman usually behind the counter who is just the kindest man. They also have raw honey which my kids loved and I just tried the cherry drink. Good stuff especially for my gout. I am a customer for life~“

“I took my 9yo daughter and her friend, who needs to be gluten free to Schiroso’s. The girls had a thin crust pizza and I had a sandwich. Both were excellent! Our guest proclaimed her cookies to be the best ever! It was a pleasure to go to this shop and see the excitement that a shop she could have anything at existed. The owner was very welcoming. Atmospheres - small, no frills bakery. There is a single table for dining in, but I have always done takeout, nothing special or anything that would catch your eyes. Having said that, place seems clean at a quick glance.“

“I am blown away by the taste and quality of the Aaloo/paneer patties to an extent that I feel these are better than India in terms of consistency in flavour. Price is a bit on the higher side but quality is second to none. I’m also intrigued to try their cookies which looked superior in quality.

Vegetarian options: Menu is almost entirely vegetarian but could contain eggs in some cases they have a huge variety of cookies and patties and cakes

Parking: Small Parking in a a relatively smaller PLAZA could be a bit tricky to find parking here.

Kid-friendliness: It’s a small place, Kids will appreciate the cookies and pastries, but I’m not sure if they will have enough space to feel free.

Wheelchair accessibility: I don’t think it’s wheelchair accessible.“

I ordered some pastries for a dinner that night and veal for lunch. I was blown away by the sandwich and will definitely go back for lunch. It's cheaper than any other bakeries and tastes better.
Latte was a bit too hot but it's ok. Croissant beats everything. Must try!“
