“La Prep's menu has definitely changed over the years, but has always strived to be a healthful place.La prep offers a nice variety of healthy sandwiches, bowls and salads.The medieterrean bowl was of a decent serving size, not too expensive and had a good variety of ingeridents.

Vegetarian options: Salads, wraps and bowls.

Parking: It's York, parking isn't free sadly. 4$ per hour

“I don’t know why it’s only 3 points. In the past month, I’ve tried all 3 platforms, self-pickup and take-out. There’s no problem. The service attitude is very good. The meal is not missed, and the taste is still very good within half an hour of delivery. I think the current street food is worth trying, and it is also worthy of 5 points of praise! come on!“

“Really loved the atmosphere and service was great. Was of course an expensive meal but that’s not unexpected. We had lemon shrimp on lobster butter risotto, steak frites, lamb pasta dish and steak tartar. We enjoyed all our food immensely.“

“Really interesting place. QR menu style but similar to ayce sushi spots, send your order in no need to call server. Only been once but nothing was bad or mid. Everything tasted great. Their smoothies weren't overly sweet. The steak tar tar was perfect which is pictured. The chicken Caesar salad surprised me. Very moist chicken. Decor/atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. Staff friendly and attentive. Would love to return to check out the breakfast menu. Much better time here than anything offered in Hillcrest mall. My only complaint is no salt at the table.“

“We got the rack of lamb "cook it yourself" kit on Friday; with the sides it's an amazing value and made an absolutely superb dinner. There was an error in my order, (understandable at 7 pm on a Friday) but the team went the extra mile to make it right. I highly recommend their meals for takeout, and I'm really looking forward to dining in on their extended menu when the lockdown is over.“

“What a fantastic place, it is located in a commercial building so from the outside it does not look like much. When you get in, it’s a hidden gem! Family run, focused on quality fresh ingredients collected and prepared the same day. My friends ordered fish of the day, pasta of the day and I ordered meat of the day which was pork chops. I also had a soup of tomato for starters. The guys here treated us complimentary tiramisu!“

“This was my first visit and overall I had a good experience, the menu is extensive and everything we tried was tasty, especially the Madame Croque, which I really enjoyed. The coffee was excellent too, but the Mimosa leaned more toward orange juice since it had very little Prosecco. My only other gripe is that the portions were quite small for the price, but otherwise I’d be happy to come back and try more of their menu.“
