Lately, their espresso cold drinks have been consistently terrible. It always tastes burnt and they add extra milk/cream to cover it up. Happened at 4 different purchase times over the last 3 months. Avoid their cold/frozen espresso drinks (iced coffee, latte, capp). Other than that, bakery is great and customer service is average. Reasonable wait times at the drive thru.

It is a nice store with drive-thru facility. Good service. Management should pay attention to the following: 1. Cleanliness: of the washrooms and lobby before they open in the morning and throughout the day. Store opens at 5 am and I used the men's washroom at 7 am. Toilet and sink were dirty. No soap in the soap dispenser. Debris in the window ledges. 2. Furniture: Wooden chair seats have splinters - safety hazard. Tables being not on firm footing spill drinks.
