“Service is horrendous. Arrived at Thomson Plaza outlet at 2.30pm, only to be told by the staff that she is having her lunch break till 3pm. Fair enough, workers need rest too. I came back to the outlet at 3.01pm, only to find the counter unmanned. The staff finally returned at 3.10pm, only for her to say she is not ready to serve and will need another 10 minutes to be ready to even start taking orders. Obviously, I walked off without an order because I can't wait one hour just for an egglet. Amazing how the chain can survive with sales like this.“

“I took the teenagers out for brunch and they absolutely loved it.
I didn't realized that I was walking into a menu full of waffles.
The smell as you walk in is like a hug. A sweet pleasant waffle aroma. The cappuccino was good, the mango lasso was fantastic. I had the Benny waffles and the girls had omelettes with mini waffles.

The portions are generous, the bacon was phenomenal. Great food the service was fantastic. Hats off to the chef!“

“Group of 4 ordered two items - chamango and the mango crepe pockets! The quantity was great and sufficient for 4 people. The mango pockets were so soft, light and filled with the inner filling which was delicious. The chamango had great seasoning and the tamarind mix popsicle was great too. Loved it so much that my friends got me a birthday cake out of the mango pockets and it was gone in minutes. Highly recommended! ☺️“

“Best Best place for eggies and drinks. PERFECT every time. Reliable and consistent. It’s better than taking a flight to Hong Kong to get eggies!!! The staff are very friendly and nice. I go there every time I pass by the area and get some eggies and bb Tea“

“I can’t remember the exact name of what I got but it was among their top ten recommended items, the brown sugar oolong milk tea, I think. I went there midday on a weekday and there was only one person working. It didn’t take too long to place my order and the drink was also made relatively quickly. I’ve had something similar at other places before and it tasted just as good at this store. Lots of sitting space available, even more so given the time of the day. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because of the state of the washroom, such an unpleasant experience which I prefer not to describe into too much details here but they need to take better care of it.“
