This is the quintessential "dive" bar. Nothing at all fancy or sophisticated about it, but there is always toilet paper, clean bathrooms, decent prices, trivia, and karaoke nights weekly, jitz table, paid by the hour pool tables recently re-felted, ping-pong and all the people watching a person could ask for. Crowd is all-ages, music varies from classic rock, old school hip-hop, and newer pop/trap on Fridays and Saturdays. Never a dull moment with the characters this place attracts, no one judges you, and the bartenders always know your name.

Parking: Stay in your lane, or you will get a permanent or temporary ban. Shenanigans are welcome as long as you don't start a fight or cause problems for the owner ( he lives upstairs, and there are cameras everywhere)

“We went Thursday night for half price wings. Wings were very good. Service very good as well. We started at a booth by the window and being very cold outside the draft came through the wall. We asked to move to another booth on the inside of the restaurant. Temperature was better but we still felt the restaurant temperature was cool. Otherwise very good“

“We moved to Niagara about 5 years ago and have been searching for a traditional Indian restaurant to replace our beloved East India Company from Winnipeg. Nothing in the Niagara region has even come close. I am so glad that we found this restaurant. Everything was so fresh made and amazingly spiced. The naan was soooo delicious. The biryani had just the right level of heat, which was complemented by the raita. The palak paneer was smooth and tangy. The Tikka Masala was delicious, the vegetables still had a little crunch and weren't soggy. And the meat in both the biryani and the Masala were so tender. We very much look forward to coming back and enjoying again!“

“Great authentic Korean food. Please don't ignore this diamond in the rough across the street to Oakville Go Station (Trafalgar). This place is legit Korean cuisine located in a sketchy strip mall near train tracks. However as soon as you walk into the restaurant you see how busy it is and you can be comforted by your dining choice. The food is great and the staff is super friendly for newcomers. My one gripe is that the tables are too small especially if you order one of the shared meals that require a table side burner to keep your stew/meal warm while you eat. It's clear this is one of the original Owl of Minerva locations whose reputation for great authentic Korean business has out grown it physical location. That said the staff is super helpful and friendly to ensure you have a great dining experience.“

“I visited with my family on a Saturday, and even though it was very busy, the staff were incredibly friendly and handled the rush effortlessly. Our server, Emily, who was also the bartender, stood out with her politeness and attentiveness. I ordered a steak, and she suggested adding the peppercorn sauce—it was an excellent recommendation that really elevated the dish.

Before leaving, I had the chance to speak with Jillian, one of the managers, to share our compliments about the great service. She was genuinely warm and welcoming, even inviting us to return.

“Went to Borgo for lunch with my husband and two children on Saturday and let me tell you, it was absolutely fantastic! I had the Parpadelle Funghi and it was soooo good I probably could of eaten more! The freshest and lightest tasting pasta. We had polpette and rice balls to start. So fresh and delicious. My husband and children had pasta with red sauce and they said it was also fresh and delicious. I could tell they loved it due to the dipping in the sauce with the bread! The staff was very friendly and helpful and asked numerous times if we needed anything. We will absolutely be back and will definitely recommend this fine dining restaurant. Can’t wait to go back.“
