“About once a month I will grab a Big Mary on Monday. This past Monday I was fortunate enough to stop at Mary Brown’s in Orillia. It was without a doubt the best Big Mary I have ever had. Normally I would give the chicken sandwich I get about a seven out of 10 and this was one was at least an 11 out of 10. The batter was so light it was like tempura batter. The chicken was moist and juicy. Absolutely fabulous! I think they should be training all the new franchise owners, because they definitely know what they’re doing.“

I went to your outlet for a chicken combo meal. To be honest, two pieces of the chicken were really dry, maybe because they were cooked a long time ago. The other piece was okay and normal.

When I was in Toronto, the combo usually came with a biscuit, but your employee didn’t give me one. When I asked her, she said they didn’t have any and mentioned that it was already written on the front door. However a moment later, the manager came with biscuit which was great. That’s the reason she is a manager (5 stars).

I believe your front employee needs to be more attentive because she forgot to inform me that there was no white meat available. She also didn’t provide any napkins or sauces, which made it feel like she didn’t care“
