About once a month I will grab a Big Mary on Monday. This past Monday I was fortunate enough to stop at Mary Brown’s in Orillia. It was without a doubt the best Big Mary I have ever had. Normally I would give the chicken sandwich I get about a seven out of 10 and this was one was at least an 11 out of 10. The batter was so light it was like tempura batter. today I ordered through the drive through . I had a little wait and as I came up to pay for my order, the clerk advised me that " I had waited too long and my meal was on the house" I love your food already and if ever there was a reason to be a customer for life, it's amazing customer service like this. Thank you folks for another perfect meal!
Ordered from skip the dishes, the order was wrong, we ordered large poppins and were given small, when we called the girl was rude, then hung up the phone in the middle of our conversation, I was being polite at this point. not so much when I called back, the manager defended the girl saying she only muted the phone (like that's any better) and said to call skip and have them fix the problem, we told her it's not skips fault if they package the order wrong.. she said we could...read full review
