McDonald's in Orleans

“I am writing this review as I have seen some decent improvements at this location over the past year. This location has never messed up my order which is nice, the food is as expected and the service is improving. I have done drive-thru, mobile pickup and dine in and they are all quite standard. The drive-thru during peak hours or late night can take a long time and expect to pull to the side to wait. I find this location does have a decent setup for the different wait locations. The staff are normally quite friendly and when I ate inside they seemed to be in good spirits. Overall 4/5 for this McDonalds location.“

“I order coffee there very Saturday. This location is very spotless. Table is clean. The floor is clean. A guy work there doing the cleaning non-stop. Parking is difficult, due to the narrow space between parking space. Also the customer to the next store Quick Pick also park there.“

“I used to stop at tim hortons on my lunches or with my kids but the lines there are long, my orders are wrong and the staff are rude.
I shouldn't have to deal with staff that have an attitude with me before I even order. And for all the times I've been.. Its not my fault my sandwich is burnt, it's not my fault you forgot to give me part of my order.. sorry I asked you for my donut. Sorry my kids wont eat a burnt sandwich and sorry Im not leaving yet you forgot my drink... no I still cant leave,you forgot my timbits.. sorry the last 4 times you told me to leave before I had everything so I cant leave yet I have to check.. lol
Now specifically this McDonalds. Ive never had to worry about it. Very very rare but there's been a time or 2 where my orders needed a correction but I don't have to worry who's going to be in the drive thru. And who's attitude I have to deal with. Its simple fix, no side of attitude. Very respectful I would let them mess up my order any day lol

“I've been there quite often and found the service to be pretty good. The coffee is always done right and the meals are somewhat fast. And a big shoutout to Pey Lien for being a sweetheart when I was short for a meal. She also left a little bonus in there. Keep up the good work!! ??“
