McDonald's in Orleans

“It's hard to imagine giving any McDonald's a five star review. But this one most certainly deserves it.

My 8-year-old son and I arrived at this new location in Orleans. I think it's only been open for about a year. It is very clean, which is not always the case at other locations. That's the first thing I noticed. The second thing was the lovely young lady at the register where we placed our order. She had a very big, genuine smile. Super friendly and very nice. That was really nice to see it. Most of the time the people working just don't seem happy. She did a wonderful job greeting us.

The food arrived really fast, delivered by the same lovely lady, with another big smile, it was fresh and hot. Couldn't ask for more from McDonald's.

Before we left I made sure to pass along my comments to the manager, to let her know that she has a great team and that I hope the service level stays the same for many years to come. Time will tell.“

“This McDonald's is always so busy! I prefer the drive through. A dude named Steve with black frames glasses seems to always be working when I go there at night. He is so kind and corrects my orders immediately if they are incorrect.

The food is always fresh at night it seems! Good for late night eats on the weekend!“

“So hit and miss with McDonalds. They never seem to do an order as requested. Such as no pickles. Other times I'm missing a fry. Or my burger is a mess with too much sauce. This last time was nearly good, but they forgot to remove pickles. At least I got the burger I ordered.“

“I've been there quite often and found the service to be pretty good. The coffee is always done right and the meals are somewhat fast. And a big shoutout to Pey Lien for being a sweetheart when I was short for a meal. She also left a little bonus in there. Keep up the good work!! ??“
