Tim Hortons in Orleans

“Hey, it's Tim Hortons, so you know what to expect for food

The staff here are friendly, attentive, and prompt. Now,to be fair, I was here after the lunch hour rush. I can only get assume that they maintain the same level of service when the demands & challenges are greater

The store layout is the same square split into two triangles that has become quite common at many Timmy's of late. However, at least some of the decor has a little more flair than the norm (see my second pic in particular)

Access is fully barrier free

One tip to keep in mind if you are driving and leaving to go east on St Joseph. Do NOT exit the parking lot by using the exit closest to St Joseph. I made the mistake of trying that, but as I was about to turn into the lefthand turn lane, a jack rabbit rushed in front of me to turn right at the intersection. Once he was clear so I could proceed, the left turn lane was no longer empty; and the only way I could enter the lane was at an awkward angle that left the back end of my car blocking the center lane

Lesson learned: use the northerly exit from the parking lot if you plan to turn left onto St Joseph“

“Always friendly and helpful staff. McDonald's coffee may be cheaper, but you won't get the same warm reception and pleasant service. One complaint: I avoid going when they close a drive-through lane because it causes an unsafe glut of cars on the adjoining road.“

“It's the biggest Tim Hortons in Stittsville. It's always a hit or miss. I order Bagel BELT and dark roast with no cream. Sometimes, the dark roast is extremely stale. Food is not bad the majority of the time. Expect to get wrong orders frequently. I ordered the order mentioned above and got 3 xl dark roasts. ALWAYS check the order.“
