“Chelsea and Caleb!!!!!!! Our family went to Eastside Mario's for a get together for dinner, for our brother Ernest Hendy, who had passed away. Chelsea and Caleb were phenomenal, understanding, beautiful smiles 😃, respect for their clientele, soft spoken, well mannered. Koodles to you guy's. I think they deserve a big raise and a promotion. “Went in to treat myself. Sat as a single at the bar and was instantly greeted by Rebecca, I started with a Stella on tap while I looked at the menu. Starter was the escargot, while I waited I was served fresh warm bread. Olive oil and balsamic vinegar at my side. Escargot was excellent. For my main I decided on the Veal Scaloppini with spaghettini and olive oil. Pasta and veal was almost perfection! Accompanied by a glass of Chianti I was in the element of the the room which bustled with professional servers and Owners at the ready to serve the very busy group of patrons. I topped off the evening with the chocolate tartuffo and a cappuccino. Special thanks to both Jessica and Rebecca for making my evening not only fulfilling but also graced with a certain level of professionalism and attention. I’ve treated myself a few times, Joel is also very professional, and for a restaurant in downtown Oshawa that has never disappointed I will continue to enjoy such hospitality. I highly recommend if ever in the area, treat yourself to excellent service, food and atmosphere.

The staff is always so kind, welcoming, and respectful, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. My food is always made right, fresh, and exactly how I like it I’ve never been disappointed. You can really feel the good customer service and consistency every time I come in. “We ordered 12 xl pizzas tonight and I am pretty disappointed. One of our volunteers called with the number of slices we needed and instead of being honest, your store did the math with 8 slices in an XL pizza when there should be 12 and added a 12% tip without confirming first. We are a not for profit organization and this cost us over and beyond what it should have.

I messaged the owner who normally takes our order and he responded within 30 minutes to fix the issue. Although I found the store worker to have poor integrity, the owner was the very opposite.

“I ordered during a street festival that I was a vendor at - and not only did the Oshawa location call to give a heads up about the event, they even hand delivered it to my booth and then even followed up to ask how it was. The food was incredible and the customer service is unmatched. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back soon“

“Delicious food, generous portions and my boyfriend said he now has "mad sow" disease from being so full. We ordered takeout online and asked for our meals to be made with love - the staff were great at making this happen. They even left nice messages and hearts on the packaging. We shall be back 😊“

“Now I don’t leave reviews for any ordinary pizza establishment. However, I feel obligated to give credit when it’s due, and not let hard work and patience go unnoticed. It was a busy Friday night, with a huge wait line at the front of the store. Given how busy it was, Dylan was still able to pull through regardless of the difficulties the store was having in terms of keeping up with high volume of calls, orders, and pick ups. Dylan was friendly, helpful, and also flexible. I saw the kitchen getting overwhelmed, but let this be a friendly reminder that we’re all only humans, and that we can only do so much. Dylan is a prime example of an individual that gives it his all, and I encourage more people to be like Dylan. Shout out to Dylan for keeping it together that night !“
