Manager Melanie is a very kind and caring genuine person that really cares about customer service. Though this location is often busy, the food is served very fast and the manager still took the time to answer questions and ensure customers satisfaction!
The manager at this location, Melanie, cares very much about her store, employees, and takes pride in ensuring the highest quality customer service. Despite how busy and chaotic this location may be, Melanie ensures everything runs smoothly and that all parties involved are satisfied. Will definitely be coming back again!

This fast food restaurant located right beside the OC Parliament station. The place is pretty odd shape and the wait line can easily go all the way to the entrance during rush hour on weekdays. I really love the french fries from A&W and the papa burger is just the right size for my stomach. Their root beer from the fountain is not cold enough and the size of their dine-in mug looks bigger than the take-out paper cup.
