I wish the bun was fresh baked as it was a bit of a letdown and I wish the burger was a bit more substantial as I didn't feel like there was enough beef to make it truly satisfying but the beef quality is solid (maybe they pay a lot more for halal?). Overall it's a tasty burger.

What was truly a letdown is the space. It really seems rundown and dingy. Hard to trust the quality when the place looks like that. Also, only taking cash or debit is pretty lame and cements that this isn't a top tier place. That being said, the gentleman working there was extremely nice and courteous so A+ service.“

“We come to this Harvey's regularly and the food is always good, as is the customer service. My kids also get their school lunches from this location through a program offered by the school. This week, I forgot to place my order and called the restaurant to ask if I could order with them directly and have it added to the school delivery. A lovely lady on the phone talked me through how to order it on the app and then how to let them know to add it to the delivery. I was pleased with the result (my kids love their Harvey's lunches and look forward to them all week). Not half an hour later, the store manager calls me back directly himself and says that he would like to comp me personally for the meal as a thank you for our business. I was floored! I insisted that it wasn't necessary since missing the order deadline was my mistake and I didn't want him to be out of pocket for the order and for my mistake. He insisted that he wanted to do this for me and proceeded to take my order and assure me not to worry, that the school lunches will be there will the rest of the school order. I am floored and so grateful. You don't see this kind of customer service so much anymore in Canada these days. This Harvey's will always have my business! Thank you. It doesn't taste like bacon sticks at all. Plus they didn't use arugula and used lettuce instead. My daughter had the same burger she had 4 nights before and hers was also different. At 216 their Manager Rassi & Server Omar knew my name as we came in to enjoy HO make-good my suggestion of a complimentary veg burger & fave Strawberry Handspun Shake. Success with Harvey's app would have earned me points & loyalty benefits.

Maybe my old MS 7 vs newer MS10 caused missed menu items or my wrong entries on the app. More care might earn points to earn benefits like Burger Boss for $3 first one. I avoid buying anything American, use mainly Harvey's, Cdn A&W & local meals in tRump years. With reliable American Google OS! :) No McDs, Burger King, Dairy Queen or Starbucks. For takeout, I'd use Winnipeg's SKIP, not US DoorDash.“
