“I've been eatting Greeks to go since 2006. I've moved acrossed the country and I crave them so much. They have remembered me and when I come back to Ottawa, they are very accommodating. Every single time I go back, I HAVE to have their delicious food. If you want to try, mouth water food, eat here. Want great serve, eat here. Want a meal you won't forget, EAT HERE..... Mmmmmmm, now I wish I was there, trust me, its that good.“

“We ordered 2 chicken souvlaki plates through Uber Eats and when the order was delivered, there was only 1 plate in the bag. I called the restaurant immediately since the bag had been sealed and not tampered with so it was clear that the restaurant messed up. The restaurant offered to make another plate but unfortunately they don't have their own delivery drivers so we had to drive to them and pick up the other plate. Once we got there, the owner was very apologetic and offered us a free item from their menu and a dessert. This is an example of good customer service. I get that mistakes happen but it's how a business handles their mistakes that makes all the difference. This was handled very well, in my opinion and we will order from Oh My Grill again in the future. By the way, the food was excellent! I have to take the review down to 4 stars because of the fact that we had to drive to pick up the corrected order but otherwise it would have been 5 stars.“

“This is the third time we have had lunch at Kallisto's- and we will definitely be back again. Our meals this afternoon were delicious (lamb brochette & shrimp brochette platters), the servings were generous and the service, as always, was warm and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that on Wednesdays, wine is half-price. What a deal! My 92 year old mother took advantage of this offer but as for me... I can't keep up to her even before a glass of wine. Do yourselves a favour and check-out this wonderful restaurant.“

“If quality food and healthy portions are the criteria you have when choosing a restaurant then if you’re in the mood for Greek, you can’t go wrong! The food was fresh, flavour profile was on point and there’s enough to satisfy the most hearty of appetites. Service is timely and dining in is 6-7 simple 4 seat tables that are comfortable and casual. Great value and the owner is polite, professional and welcoming. We will definitely be back!“

“You don’t have to be Greek to love this place ! The Nutty Greek Bake Shop is so much more than just a bake shop . I always find it so hard to choose among the amazing selection of desserts ,pastries and cookies and other Greek delicacies. Who can pass up a piece of chocolate brownie Baklava ,Baklava Cheesecake or a Lemon and Ricotta filled Bougatsa ?! Just to name a few …The salads ,Pita Wraps ,Pita Combos ( lunch or dinner) are also all amazing .They even cater to groups.I recently brought a platter of mini Cheesecake Baklavas and Feta Cheesecake with a Sour Cherry topping to an event and they were a huge hit ! Everything is made from scratch and baked/ prepared daily with a whole lotta “Greek “love . I discovered this amazing place a few years ago having moved from Trto and having lived in Montreal .We here in Ottawa have the best of the best with The Nutty Greek Bakery .🇬🇷🇨🇦🥰 Kudos to Anna and the entire Papadopoulos family !“

“This classic Greek restaurant has stood the test of time and has consistently served high quality authentic Greek food with excellent service in a relaxed atmosphere. Was there once again last night for dinner with the missus: we shared a saganaki, she had the calamari dinner and I the chicken souvlaki. We were served excellent food promptly and professionally. We walked out at $100 all in with leftovers. You just can't go wrong.“

“I come here as often as I can to eat, and every single time, I see someone in line being disrespectful to the staff. Without fail. Loud, rude, entitled customers who clearly don’t understand how restaurants — or basic human decency — work.
I’m writing this because I personally stood up for the staff as a customer, and the response I got says everything. Instead of reflecting on their behavior, the customer tried to escalate the situation and told me to “mind my own business,” then attempted to engage in a fight outside the mall. All of this — over staff simply doing their job. That tells you exactly who the real problem is.
I’ve worked in restaurants myself, so I know exactly what I’m talking about. The staff here are not the issue. The issue is cheap, entitled customers who demand more while paying less, then throw tantrums when reality doesn’t bend to them.
This is one of the busiest stores in the entire food court. Nonstop lines, constant pressure, long exhausting shifts — and still, some of you think it’s acceptable to yell at workers, call them names, and publicly embarrass them in front of a packed mall. That behavior is pathetic.
Let’s make this painfully clear: the staff do NOT control prices. The mall and the Jimmy the Greek franchise do. Yet the workers take the abuse. Calling them cheap, being loud and rude, humiliating them, threatening them, and causing scenes because you’re unhappy with prices you didn’t set is disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Pushing religion onto staff while demanding they smile through disrespect is harassment, not kindness. These workers are human beings, not punching bags for your frustration.
For a change, try asking them how they’re doing. Everyone is struggling. These people are working long shifts just to survive while being treated like garbage by customers who think money gives them power.
And here’s a reality check: if you can’t afford the food, don’t buy it. If you don’t like the prices, don’t go there. It’s that simple. What you don’t get to do is abuse staff because you’re unhappy with your own situation.
To the mall management and the Jimmy the Greek franchise: take note. Your pricing and policy decisions land directly on your staff’s backs, and they’re the ones absorbing the anger, threats, and hostility. Protect your employees instead of leaving them exposed to daily abuse.
The staff here deserve respect. If this review offends you, good — it probably means you’re exactly the type of customer being called out.“

“I've ordered from this location few times through Uber eates. I wanted to leave a review for the consistency on the orders I've had. This location seems to pay attention to freshness. Which to me far more important than speed. I called the location to give the staff a compliment through a manager however no manager was present but the person I spoke with was professional and wanted to help when I asked for a manager. Food was fresh and warm check, service was professional and accurate check, overall is a 5/5 experience.“
