“Me and the fellas had a monstrous order and the staff were up to the task. Badriyah provided us excellent service while the staff in the kitchen made the best sixty nuggets of our lives. Would highly recommend this location when the midnight shift is working!“

“I’ve been here twice and the two employees I’ve been greeted with are so friendly and kind.

I keep forgetting to ask for their names but I’ visited the store on Oct 1 and bought a meal at 1140 am. It was the man that took my order and there another young girl working (i think she was the only one on shift ). Hopefully this information helps and they get some recognition!“

“Since I work nearby, this location has been a regular go to for myself and a number of co workers for the morning coffee run.
The staff here are exceptional and they recognize your voice at the drive thru and remember your regular orders.
During covid when all the overpaid government workers were hiding in their homes, this crew was bravely on the front lines keeping the world turning for everyone else.
The staff are always cheerful in what is often a thankless job.
So before you complain that the cheese is a little crooked on your burger, just keep in mind that when you are having your worst day maybe coming back from a funeral or completely drained from a tough day on the road and you really need a hot coffee and a bite to eat, these people have your back.

“I live across the street so I come here often. Staff here is always so nice and welcoming. In special this one guy with curly hair that usually works nights and who I believe to be the manager. Always a smile in his face don't matter how busy it is. He is the literally the GOAT.“

Stopped by this morning at 8 AM and grabbed a breakfast BLT on an everything bagel — delicious and satisfying. After the renovation, the whole place feels fresh and inviting, with a brighter, modern atmosphere. The staff welcomed me with genuine smiles, and the service was impressively fast. Best of all, this location is open 24/7, making it perfect for a quick bite any time of day or night. A great improvement overall, and definitely worth revisiting.“

“Was here recently. I come here once in a while during the early day as I work nearby.

Just want to give a kudos to the team.
Despite what some reviews here say, my food was on point every visit. The manager (who is working the front lines mind you) is always upbeat and friendly.

Dining area is usually clean.
Wait times are short even in big line ups.

The downside? Their location. There is barely ever any available street parking, ubereats drivers block the narrow road, the area is riddled with homeless and drug addicts.

Again, kudos to the team for going into work despite the challenges the area brings.

The city’s and overall country’s complacency on homelessness and drug addiction is getting out of hand.“

“A few weeks ago I got a full spicy chicken meal to table service and I had it 3 minutes after placing the order. It’s like McDonald’s premium 😍

Today I redeemed a bunch of points and monopoly pieces, and everything was ready so quickly again. This McDonalds staff is awesome 😎“

“I'm guessing they got a grip on a poor management issue from reading past reviews. Place was clean and actively being cleaned. Manager seemed to have a grip on the kitchen, staff were polite and friendly, cheeseburgers looked like they were properly put together not just thrown on the wrapper.

No complaints at all with my visit.“

“I went to this McDonald at around 9 pm. What really surprises me was the fact that how quiet, clean and peaceful the place was. Since there wasn't a queue it only took them about three or four minutes to get my food ready. The staff were very polite and the food was great. A serendipitous experience.“

“I have to change my review for this place from average to absolutely amazing.. the employees are all really really nice and great at their jobs same with all the swing managers, but there's ONE swing manager named Antonio who's absolutely amazing and goes the extra mile with EVERYTHING.. amazing attitude to making and prepping food and drinks all the way from being super friendly to how much ice you want in your pop or ice coffee... And the store manager is an absolute sweetheart as well and always remembers returning customers and gives her location a small town friendly and fast feeling rather than a here and gone give me your money food court feeling... “Service was great, food was clearly very fresh and nice and hot, nothing felt like it had been made and then reheated. Staff took my order and it was ready promptly with no errors. Would definitely go back, can’t ask for anything else really!“

“the food is decent quality for a McDonald's. I can't complain on that aspect. it's an average McDonald's. when you think of mcdonalds quality of food, it would be this location. not super great, but not sad. its edible enough where I can sit down and enjoy it for lunch. the service is actually pretty good. I have food allergies, so I cant have certain things in/on my order. whenever I check, nothing is ever messed up and I never have to get it exchanged. the service is also very quick, im never waiting long which is good when i don't have lots of time to waste. really living up to the name of fast food. cleanliness of the establishment could use some work, 3 stars on that aspect. however, most places could have some improvement done with that aspect. i dont expect much from a mcdonalds. overall, this is one of the good locations and i'd recommend it to anyone who wants quick and efficient service, and maybe takeout instead of dine - in.“

You can tell they care about what they do—super respectful, efficient, and made sure everything was right with my order. Great attitude and great energy. “I had a big Mac, fries, and a sprite the big Mac was probably the best one I've had incredible to be honest the fries you could tell they weren't fresh but the BBQ sauce saved them the sprite has little to none carbonation the reason it's a 4 because ik they can do better because it's usually always fresh fries and high carbonation drinks I would recommend this place the service was fast as always and just so yk the ice cream cones are the best ice cream you will have it will get you addicted to the food and the smell there big as hell Aswell now

Kid-friendliness: Everyone knows they have the happy meal with apple slices chocolate milk if you want a mcflurry they recently made a smaller version

Wheelchair accessibility: There are some slopes to get in but you would need somehelp for the curb altogether I think it's wheelchair friendly“

“The gentleman working the cash around 6:40pm on October 7th is absolutely wonderful. He always has a big smile, he is very nice and very good at customer service. This location is lucky to have him as an employee. I hope McDonalds treats him accordingly based on his great work.“

“Very impressed with how Avo, the manager on duty, handled an issue we had called about several days earlier. I was treated with kindness, understanding and respect and it totally shifted my stance on how I felt about this McDonald’s after our previous experience. “Wow! I’m impressed! I ordered yesterday a Big Mac and 10 pieace chicken nugget meal and I have to say everything was perfect! The nuggets were hot and crispy on the outside but tender in the inside. Big Mac was fresh and hot. Sooo yummy! This will now be my good go location although the one Montreal road is closer this location on st Laurent food taste much better. I cannot wait to reorder. I’m craving their chicken nuggets badly. Soo yummy!“
