“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing security staff at this bar.

My 20-year-old daughter was there this past Saturday night with a group of girlfriends celebrating a friend’s birthday. Like any parent, I always have that little bit of worry when my kids are out at a bar, especially knowing how quickly situations can happen.

While my daughter was on the dance floor, she had a headache and got an Advil from one of her friends. Shortly after taking it, three security guards approached her because they had noticed the exchange and were concerned that she may have taken some kind of drug.

When she told me about it, I was honestly so impressed and incredibly reassured. The fact that their security team was paying such close attention — even on a busy dance floor — says so much about how seriously they take the safety of the young people in their establishment.

As a parent, you can’t be there to protect your kids every moment, especially as they become young adults. Knowing there were people watching out for my daughter and her friends gave me such peace of mind. She said herself, it also made her feel so much safer.

Thank you to those three security guards for being alert, aware and proactive. You may have simply been doing your job, but to a parent, it means more than you probably realize.

This is exactly the kind of place I feel comfortable knowing my daughter and her friends are spending an evening. ❤“
