“Amazing End to End Customer Service from Emily. She went above and beyond her call of duty, to make sure I had the best possible experience. Very reasonably priced meals and daily specials available. Very elaborate menu with a lot of choice.“

“Have come here a few times and the food is always good. Today we went out together as a family and one of the meals was not cooked the way we liked. We told our server, Clara who was very helpful and she offered to remake it or get us something else.

We finished the dish except for the part we didn’t like but when the bill came Clara had removed it. Which we didn’t even ask for. It was a very nice gesture to keep customers happy.

The food overall was enjoyable especially the chicken tenders. We will go back.

“Tim was an excellent server, very funny and pleasant. A big group was in the restaurant so the service was a bit slower than usual but Tim made up for it with funny jokes and stories whenever he dropped by to check on us. Would definitely come back!“

“I visited for dinner on Tuesday evening and found the overall experience to be enjoyable. The drinks and service were good, and we ordered nachos, spinach and goat cheese dip, and wings—all of which were flavorful and well-prepared.

However, the restaurant was extremely busy, and the management could have handled the situation more effectively. There was a noticeable delay in receiving our drinks, and the food was not served as hot as expected. The service could have been more efficient; however, considering how busy the restaurant was and the limited number of staff on the floor, we remained understanding and appreciative of their efforts.

Despite these challenges, the quality and taste of the food made up for the shortcomings. While the experience was slightly below expectations in terms of service efficiency, I would still return, with the hope of improved management during peak hours.“

“Service was great! We showed up 15 minutes early and were seated right away. Our waitress was quick and continuously checked in on us. The food came 20 minutes after we ordered and was amazing! Overall a great experience! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick sit down meal!“

“I love coming to state & main, food and drink and atmosphere are always great. However ,on April 19th, I came for lunch with 2 others and the service we recieved was quite lack luster- which surprised me as it's typically top notch. The gentleman serving us seemed like he would rather be anywhere else. The dining room was not in any way busy so I'm not sure why it took so long between ordering drinks, food, and a quality check. We attempted to make some chit chat with him as it seemed like perhaps he was having a tough day and he was not at all receptive. While I will always come back for future visits, I look forward to a better experience from a different staff member.“
