“We have gone to Amicis since its opening and have nothing but great things to say about it! Just wanted to share our recent experience with my daughter's wedding dinner. We had 60 people, a 5 course delicious meal, table service for drinks and everything was amazing!! Hot food beautifully presented, cold drinks, the friendliest staff who were so attentive that many of our guests commented and thanked them! We were thrilled with Ada who managed all of our requests, and was there to oversee and assist the top notch servers on our special day! Such a positive experience!! Can not say enough good things about it!!“

This past weekend really cemented their status as the best Pizza Pizza location I’ve been a regular customer at. I have lived in different parts of the city (North York, London, Ontario, etc.), and this location stands out.

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza for pick-up, went home, and realized it wasn't stuffed crust. I went back to the location, and without hesitation, the manager (I assume - I forgot to ask her name) and Meyron (I'm not sure if I spelled his name right) replaced the pizza with the correct stuffed crust and let me keep the original one. “I just moved down the street from this Pizza Pizza location and I am SO happy I decided to order from them!! I have ordered from so many restaurants trying to find a decent plant based Pizza that even slightly resembles the flavor and texture of a regular dairy and pepperoni Pizza that I used to enjoy 8 years ago before changing my lifestyle...even restaurants that are 100% vegan can't top the Plant Based Pepperoni I ordered from this location!! It was SO GOOD!! I completely understand that cooking and baking with plant based ingredients like the dairy free cheese and pepperoni etc can be a bit tricky as they do not cook or melt the same as regular, and so many takeout plant based Pizzas I have tried were just awful BUT this Pizza Pizza Location has figured it out!! It was so good I just picked up another one for lunch today! Ontop of the pizza being very tasty and fresh, it was prepared fast and the staff are wonderful and very friendly. Be warned: we called and ordered but restaurant never got our order. They made us wait when we went to pick it up. They didn’t have the drinks or dips that we ordered over the phone. Apparently, when you call, it gets routed to a call center and they send the order to the store. I recommend going to the store and ordering in person.
This happened the only time from them so I’ll update after the next time we order over the phone.
