“I've received top notch service from the Picton spot every time I've gone (which TBH isn't often, but has been several times). The staff are always working very hard, they seem very quick, and despite that they often still try to take a moment to connect. Nat is particularly good.

Can't say much about the food (don't usually buy it) but the drinks have always been correct, and they are careful to ensure my dairy allergy is taken care of with my Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso.

Read some of the other reviews and they seem unfortunate, as my experience has always been very good at this location.“

“This outlet is located at a prime location of Picton town, kind off from where the town actually starts. It has a patio and a drive thru as well. Washroom were clean and tidy. I took a coffee from this place and it was hot. Staff was nice.
Overall an amazing experience from my side.“

“This is our second stay at the Empress Inn and Suite. We finally found the perfect place to fully enjoy Sandbanks. My family and I find the room spacious for 4 people. The room is clean, large and functional! We are very happy to be able to shower and sleep in a comfortable bed after a day at the beach. We also like to have a little drink on the terrace at the end of the day!

The Local Store is worth a visit to discover local artisans and the Sandbanks beaches are less than 10 minutes away.“
