“We came on Wednesday around 1 pm. It was not too busy and surprisingly in most restaurants the less customers the worse the service gets so we were really delighted when we had food and service which was 10 out of 10. Our server was Zoran and he gave us maximum level attention and care. Our food, I ordered wings and fries and my friend ordered chicken sandwich and fries, was hot and delicious. Our desserts were delightful. Thank you very much, Zoran for your excellent service and thanks to the chefs for the great Swiss Chalet food. It was a perfect dining experience and we are both so grateful.“

“I had a great experience at Harvey’s yesterday! I accidentally thru the mobile app to ordered a large fries with a kid meal instead of the large onion rings I really wanted. When I realized the mistake, I spoke to the store manager, who was incredibly kind and understanding. Not only did they let me keep the fries at no extra charge, but they also gave me a large onion rings for free. That level of customer service really made my day! Thank you for going above and beyond — it’s gestures like this that keep me coming back. Great food and even better service! Not only that, the staff were all very nice and helpful, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. And as always, the food was delicious — this location continues to keep that same great taste every time I visit.“

“Arguably the best steak I've ever had in my life. And I’ve been to several upscale steakhouses where the bill was bigger than my bi-weekly paycheque for a party of 4 (fortunately, I didn’t have to foot the bill).

Ruth's is a bit pricier than The Keg, but the quality of the steak justifies the cost.

It was incredibly tender, perfectly seasoned and mouthwatering.

“The owner/chef used to be the head chef at a fine Italian restaurant so all the dishes are good and some are exceptional - like most of the soups from the soup of the day and the breakfast dishes.“

“The kids and I love East side Mario's. Decent menu of Italian dishes and pubfare. Pretty much ever meal has the unlimited salad or soup priced in now so prices seem up since they combined it in (used to be a seperate charge) but are pretty much the same. Staff is always friendly and patient with the kids. Recently went for family members birthday and the have a robot bring out the desert so the kids absolutely love that. Food has always been great and served in a reasonable timeframe. Would recommend for a family night out. Also plenty of tv's at angle that allow you to see the game/scores without looking like you're watching the game ;)“

“Wonderful place on a Saturday afternoon, sunny or cloudy. They are great staff. It can be slow because there is one employee on. BUT that is ok with me as I want to relax. Having more than one server is not justified. I hope people understand this when going in there. 😎“

“Got some coupons in the mail and decided to stop by Harvey’s for a quick dinner. The food was yummy, fries came out nice and hot, and I totally forgot they had apple pie here! The staff let me know it would take about 5 minutes since it’s made fresh, which I really appreciated. Service was great, and it’s also super convenient being close to home. Definitely a solid spot for a quick and tasty meal!“

It’s always hot and really good, and I’ve come so many times they know me and even give me more than they should, which is really nice. “We visited Harvey's today, namely on 9 September 2025.

I have been living in the UK for quite some time. I recently returned to visit my Mother and we decided to go to Harvey's because it was an eating establishment at which I worked a long time ago and I remember the wonderful taste of the burgers.

A lovely member of staff named Sabir assisted us. He was extremely helpful and made our time pleasant.

Another member of staff, a young woman with dark hair, garnished our burgers. She was polite and garnished my Mother's burger with a bit of most things because my Mother stated that she had not had a burger in a long time and this was what she wanted. She is over 80 years old and this gesture was much appreciated.

We received an excellent welcome. The members of staff made a significant and positive impact upon our stay in Canada. My Mother had an excellent outing and this shall now be cemented in my memory.

They were well balanced, and he kept it simple.3. The price is really reasonable for wings. Its 12.50 a pound, which is cheaper than other wing places.4. The owner messed up our order, so he let us keep the wings we got, and still gave us a new pound (usually wing places take the wings they messed up on).Cons:1. Fries were the costco fries. Its my mistake for getting fries from a wing spot lol.2. I didn't deduce from the name, but you can't really dine in. Well we did, but there wasn't a place to sit, we just asked the owner and grabbed a seat, but it wasn't clean. Our fault, the place is called "wings 2 go".All in all, great place, I'll be getting it again but for taking home, since its walking distance.Great stuff Chris, keep it going.“

The spacious, beautifully - appointed dining room with white table linens and exquisite glassware was set in a high - ceilinged environment. This ambience provided comfort and elegance. We were welcomed and offered our choice of seating which included our quiet booth near a modern encased fireplace. Our velvety smooth mushroom soup with oil infusion was an excellent beginning to this celebratory dinner. Our moist ,glazed turkey and cranberry stuffing were adorned with mashed potatoes, roasted carrots and brussel sprouts. Berry compote with creamy vanilla ice cream topped this delicious dinner. The waitress made this festive holiday meal a celebration to remember !“
