Starbucks in Richmond Hill

“Appreciated for her support !!!
When I visit Starbucks at loblaw location, (May 2/ Thurs 14:45)
the barista lady was super nice and supported me to get the coupon done through the app.
Moreover, she reminded me that Starbucks is going to discontinued for Lactose Free milk option next week.
If I didn’t get any notice from her, I won’t know through the app/ any Starbucks news.
I am very thanksful of her help, and appreciated that she keeps her energy in her work as positive customer service.

“This is my favourite Starbucks located at the lobby of Sheraton hotel. Armchairs are very comfortable and the atmosphere is very cosy and good. It is nice to meet friends and spend an afternoon there. The staff in this Starbucks are nice and friendly. The drink and food are the same standards as other Starbucks stores.“

“Everytime I'm in Upper Canada ? Mall I don't miss going to Bath and Body Works and buy foaming hand soap, wallflower home fragrance refill (my favorite fragrances are ? lemon cello and eucalyptus mint). I love also their wallflower seasonal designs... for gift giving.... also the body lotion and body spray.“

“I rarely write reviews but today I decided to treat myself and get a drink and my barista (I think her name was Shyla) was so sweet. She right away greeted me with a smile and took my order, she let me know that any customizations I was to have would cost extra (other baristas don’t usually tell me). On top of that, she made sure to scan my points which many forget to do. She was so sweet and her vibe was so welcoming and caring. She got my drink to me very quickly and even handed me a straw. The customer service skills are perfect. The place was also very clean and thorough, lots of space and got through everybody’s orders quickly. Will be returning!“

“Really enjoying the newly renovated layout and staff here are always welcoming and friendly. However the Starbucks app said my order was ready for pick up through the drive thru, I went and it wasn’t so i had to park and wait 5 more minutes in front. Shout out to Nadine for going above and beyond for my order though!“

“Another Starbucks location review. This one is inside hillcrest mall and is accessible through the indigo.

Drinks again were solid. Tried the new strato drink and it was very good. This came with sweet cream and this reminded me of their coffee frappe.

Service was good. Very quick and it seems like it can be a very busy location. With that said, turnover was fairly quick. With several people in front, got my drink in a matter of minutes.

This location does have seats but not many that you can just hang out in. Would recommend buying the drink and finding somewhere else within the mall to sit and enjoy.

Parking in the mall can be quite hectic. I usually park in the lot nearest to the indigo and can usually find spots. Sometimes near but sometimes further out. It can be a hectic corner of the mall and the way it’s constructed can be difficult to manoeuvre. Just need a little patience.
