“I have been wanting to write this review for awhile now but haven't had the opportunity to sit down and do it properly without rushing through it. My wife and I had finished shopping at The Brick Furniture store around 12:30 PM, on October 8, 2024, which is located next door to this Freshslice Pizza location. We had never dined at a Freshslice Pizza outlet before but thought we would give it a try. From the moment we entered we were very impressed with the sole young female employee running the store all by herself. She was amazingly friendly, polite, organized, helpful and hardworking. We were not sure of what to order and she gave us some suggestions and stated she was just making a fresh peperoni pizza. There were several others customers in the store dining and numerous others coming in to pick up pizza's and other products. I have no idea how she handled everything?, it was like there were 3 of her running the shop. She was making pizza's, packaging food, serving people, taking payments and as we were finishing eating she was cleaning tables and the restaurant. If I was her boss, I would give her a raise and promotion. This young lady is management material and should have her own store to run. Now the pizza, we sampled 4 different types of pizza and they were all excellent in taste, quality and price point. Excellent value for your money. My wife who isn't a big pizza fan stated, "this is the best pizza I have ever ate in my life"...she loved the sauce and stated this pizza is not salty like other pizza's........and she told the young employee the same thing. The little restaurant isn't very big or fancy, but it was very clean and organized in no small part to this employee. This evening my wife said she wants to eat Freshslice Pizza this weekend again..............this would never have happened in the past, it was always me suggesting to have pizza........yippee for me as I love pizza!!!! Freshslice Pizza is our new favorite pizza place. If you have never tried this brand of pizza before you need to give it a try. We hope the quality and service are the same at other locations near where we live.

NOTE: I just read another review about this store from 5 days ago so I am making an edit (more of an addition) to my review to include: The review stated the store was sold and that the service and quality of pizza has gone from 5 out of 5 to 1 out of 5 with 3 employees working...........what a shame................I hope the employees that are no longer working there have other jobs. “Uncle faiths pizza in Richmond is located on a bus only street... after typing their location in our GPS to pickup the ordered pizza, it led us to an abandoned parking lot. Called Uncle Faiths pizza to get the address to pickup the pizza, and typed it into our GPS. there was no mention about the street being a bus only street by my GPS or the pizza establishment. I turn down the street and am met by a police officer and a $124 ticket for turning down the street. no parking on the cross street before either, so assuming you need to park a few blocks away? Honest question, is uncle faiths working with VPD to ticket people? Entrapment?“

“Found this little place while my husband and I were walking up Commercial Drive. All I have to say is " WoW! ". The pizzas were so amazing, light crust, non greasy and full of fresh toppings. They do their own seasoning and it certainly tastes like home cooking. My husband tried out the stromboli and he was so in love with it, said it was the best handheld item he ever had and it's so true. This shop is old school, Ma and Pa pizza place so people please support them. They aren't a franchise and certainly don't taste like one. 100% approved for quality, service. Another favourite Pizza Parlor of mine is in Stevenson. BC

5 stars for being unique, high-quality fresh ingredients, and delicious.
What makes them so unique is they specialize in seafood...(funny because we've been ordering pizza here for years and never knew until I walked in today and the bakers mentioned that to me since we do order pizza with no shellfish Lol...oops )

But if in case you are allergic to seafood, they will do their best to accommodate your requests, but keep in mind there could be some small traces of shellfish since they do specialize in seafood.

My spouse is allergic to shellfish, and he's never had any allergic reaction, as he mentioned, for as long as Stevenson Pizza Company has been in business, and our family has been ordering pizza from them for years. So something to keep in mind if you have mild allergy reactions to shellfish.

Today, I ordered a Margarita, and it's packed full of ingredients! Pizza comes in one size, so don't expect slices or an extra-large pizza.

If you are a thin crust lover, I'd have to say this must be the thinest crust in the world while the pizza just melts in your mouth. Soooooooooo good!!“
