“These guys are great! I ordered a clubhouse to be delivered. When it arrived I realized it was with sliced turkey (they have turkey or chicken). I hadnt read thr menu so I called a little heated and was a bit of a jerk, which wasnt fair, was my fault but evenso they sent the delivery driver back out with a chicken club for me free of charge! Very patient and polite! The chicken club by the way...DELISH! Also the gravy and battered fries, very good!“

“I’ve been coming to this Freshslice location for a while now, and every time I walk in, I wish I get served from Mehak. She is seriously one of the friendliest and most helpful staff members I’ve ever met at any pizza place!
Last night I was trying to decide between a few slices and she patiently explained all the current deals, suggested the best combos, and even made sure my Butter Chicken slice came out extra fresh and hot. Her positive energy and big smile made the whole experience so much better – especially after a long day.
The pizza is always solid but Mehak is the real MVP here. Fast, polite, great communication, and genuinely seems to enjoy making customers happy.
If you’re in the area, come during her shift – you’ll leave with great pizza and good vibes! Highly recommend this location because of awesome team members like Mehak. Keep it up! 🍕🙌 highly recommended to vist this store“

Normally I am not a pepperoni but I was certain Moncton Pizzeria would change my mind. They knock it out of the park with every slice that comes out of the wood burning oven.

“My family and I were there Boxing Day and the staff were very friendly. We couldn’t decide between Butter Chicken pizza or BBQ Chicken pizza, but the guy suggested to do half and half. Great suggestion so we can all get what we wanted. When the pizza was ready, the clerk tried handing me the pizza, but cause the end of the glass counter was curved, the pizza tipped and slid together in the box. We were so hungry and told him it’s ok, we can just eat it anyways, but they were very kind and let us keep that pizza and made a fresh one right away. “Their price point is reasonable, but more importantly, the pasta dishes are to to die for. The homemade meat sauce infused with garlic and onions is a staple for their spaghetti bolognese and lasagna dishes. If you are a pizza lover, try the variety of thin crust pizzas and the variety of toppings they have to offer. Really good quality and tasty food. I order their pasta on a weekly basis.“

“Found this little place while my husband and I were walking up Commercial Drive. All I have to say is " WoW! ". The pizzas were so amazing, light crust, non greasy and full of fresh toppings. They do their own seasoning and it certainly tastes like home cooking. My husband tried out the stromboli and he was so in love with it, said it was the best handheld item he ever had and it's so true. This shop is old school, Ma and Pa pizza place so people please support them. They aren't a franchise and certainly don't taste like one. 100% approved for quality, service. They have a street fighter machine in there too and also the music was very nice. Thank you , Auntie Jen's, we will be back!“

“I ordered pizza from Uber Eats for pickup and didn’t even realize this location existed—I usually go to another one that’s much farther from my place. I’m so glad I tried this one because the pizza did not disappoint! We got a half-and-half (cheese and veggie) and a butter chicken pizza, and both were absolutely amazing. They were very generous with the toppings—no skimping at all. I’ll definitely be coming back again!“

“Been at all their locations, sometimes as part of a 10-person foodie group, trying to "test" this chain versus the "cannot be beaten" Fire Pizza before the owners became absentees. Generally, Uncle's pizza has better ingredients than others, e.g. Freshslice which is just about on every other block. The one on Broadway has consistently better ingredients. Other locations vary in ingredients. The Uncle's at Richmond skytrain has no nearby parking on a strip mall, but it had the best Qi according to a digital fengshui e-compass. This location is popular with Asian clientele despite the Asian eateries next door. The staff in Richmond is very hospitable and the layout is Feng Shui positive. Good job!“

“We've driven by this pizza truck many times during the day when they were just prepping for the evening meal. Tonight, we happened to be there again at the right time. They are parked just outside Huneybee Bruncheonette, and in the evening when Huneybee is closed, the tables are used by the folks at Thank You Pizza. The order is placed inside at the terminal. Your table is then assigned. The menu is very small and simple. So are the pizzas, which are priced according to the ingredients. The pizza oven is very hot, around 800° to 900°F, so that pizza cooks really quickly. They don't carry cashew cheese probably the temperature is too how for that. They have a mushroom option without cheese which we did not choose. I do wish that they would offer an option for plant-based sausage. The pizza dough reminds me of pizza from per se Social corner or Ignite. We didn't have to wait very long for our pizza. It was an interesting experience. Union Street is quiet and pleasant in the evening, and we had dessert a few doors down at Crackle Creme.“

“This review is about this Abbott Street location. In particular about the people who work here. I've lived in Vancouver for 20 years and I've never seen exemplary customer service than I've consistently received from a young gentleman called Shubhh.

If you're a regular, you know exactly who I mean. He always greets you by name with a pleasant smile, remembers your orders, goes above and beyond in accommodating your preferences. He still asks for my mother's health, who was visiting me about two years ago and was poorly.

In a world that's inherently transactional, and at late night pizza place at that, Shubhh somehow is an example of how to bring humanity to a very ordinary exchange. Getting late night pizza, while occasionally inebriated.

Anyway, pizza is pizza, and Uncle Fatih's is decent and consistent. Honestly, better quality toppings than you'll find in similar establishments open late.

While pizza is pizza, good and kind human beings are rare. And so this is both for readers of this review, and for employers of Shubhh.

“We have ordered pizza here on 2 occasions, tonight and one week ago. We used delivery on both occasions.Website describes the options available with prices and specials. Phone order was clear and polite/helpful. Delivery was punctual with polite service and pizza arrived at proper temperature. We ordered 1 pizza with gluten free crust which my wife stated was very good and I had regular crust which was also good. We had 3 different toppings over the 2 deliveries and all were good! I would order here again and recommend them based on our experience this week.“
