“My favourite café in Guelph. However, the café seems to close earlier than advertised. On this Saturday evening I arrived around 9:15pm only the find the Cafe closed (45 minutes early) with some of the waiters inside. The hours of operation need to be consistent or changed officially.“

“Awesome place that has stood the test of time. Coffee is exceptional, desserts and pastries are a must pairing. A bit pricey but balanced with a cozy, polished interior - real bittersweet on a winter day. Been here during my undergrad to study, still here postgrad!“

Location/ambiance - lovely space, great downtown location, big windows, lots of patio seating.
Lots of flies in front seating area.

“The portions for the icecream servings are SO worth it for what you are paying. And super delicious. The staff is nice and friendly, and the actual tea room is ADORABLE! Its a cute little date spot, or a nice place to chat and catch up with your friends. The food is all delicious and adorable ontop of that! We held my friends birthday here with a large group and they were super accommodating.“

“We have been having lunch here after our Wednesday volunteer shift at the nearby Guelph Humane Society since 2022. More than great sandwiches, (we have tried many varieties, all so good!), coffees, salads and dessert offerings, customers are greeted by friendly staff that make you feel welcome and at home. 🥰“

“This is a cute little shop full of healthy smoothies and smoothie/protein packed bowls. I found it interesting that you can every add little additions like Lions Maine (which is great to reduce brain fog and increase mental clarity). Marine collagen, turmeric, b12, creatine MCT, beef pollen, sea moss, spirulina. So many things to kick your smoothie or bowl up a notch.
I got the Acai Superfood Smoothie (acai, blueberry, strawberry, banana, agave, oatmilk). Hit the spot! I will be most definitely returning again !“

“Staff and the general vibes are always great, most of the food is good, and most prices are reasonable. They are licensed with some good drink options, and always have the best coffee.
I do miss the older version of the chicken tikka masala though. It used to be shredded chicken rather than slices with grill marks (you know the pre-cooked, processed-looking stuff? Not saying it is, but it looks like it), and I don't remember so many chunks of almost raw tomato. It's been awhile, so not sure when this dish changed!
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian and vegan options.“
“It is the small things that often make a difference in choosing excellent coffee. Having a bag of coffee that I can re-seal and remove the air from via a one way valve is genius and is an extra cost for the manufacturer. It also shows me that they know what they are doing and care about their product. Well done Lost Aviator!“

“Travelled from Goderich for a special luncheon to meet with my fellow authors from the "You Are... Enough" anthology. Six of us kept our server busy and she was always delightful and accommodating. The food was superb with very nice atmosphere and staff. Definitely worth the trip!“

“Pretty good coffee spot in the east end, where there are not as many options available. Service was top notch and good coffee. It wasn't busy when I was there. I just wish they had a few more options for food. There were only sweet treats when I was there, so I would like to see a few savoury options for a quick bite as well. Otherwise, great spot.“

“Great place to come hang out with some kitties and maybe even find one you’d like to bring into your family! Easy to find, clean, and friendly staff. You can tell the kitties are well taken care of here.“
