“My family doesn’t call me the Chicken Queen for nothing. I’ve cooked chicken from everywhere — Pusateri’s, Whole Foods, Farm Boy, Zehrs… I’m basically the sommelier of poultry.

But nothing compares to the chicken thighs I got from Southern Pride Poultry. I took one bite and honestly questioned my entire chicken journey up to this point. It was so fresh, so tender, and absolutely no weird stringy bits (you know what I mean). I will be back for sure!“

Chicken was cooked though but was greasy but I will give it a pass as I think it freshly came out of the fryer and wasn't give time to rest. My gripe is you'd think the atmosphere would be better for being a location near a University campus. They played a Christmas song in April which got a laugh out of me but the rest of the music was pretty good. Just seemed lackluster. Popeyes as a franchise and brand need to step up their game just a little but the workers are trying their best“

“I visited Mary Brown’s Chicken today and had a good experience. I placed my order online, and everything was ready on time when I arrived. Super convenient! There’s also parking available right in front of the restaurant, which made the pickup and dine-in visit easy and there is also drive thru.

I decided to dine in, and the service inside was good. The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere. The food was delicious, the chicken was juicy and flavorful, cooked perfectly. The taters were outstanding as well, with a unique taste. This was my first time trying Mary Brown’s, and the quality really impressed me.

Overall, I had a good first experience- great food, and a nice place to dine in.“

“Ordered off Uber today, the chicken sandwiches were really good, they also are awesome because they had a deal if you purchase over $15 you get free biscuits, unfortunately I was .50 cents short but they still through them in their for me, I appreciate that more than you know:) love their biscuits what can I say!“
