“Trudy needs a raise. She went above and beyond to fix my order today.I always come to this location but this absolutely the reason I keep coming back. The staff goes above and beyond. They truly do promote the Tim hortons values at this store.“

“I was genuinely amazed by the service at this place is warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable specially a girl named Harman with humble nature, and that little extra effort didn’t go unnoticed. I ordered a coffee, and it was smooth, rich, and just the right temperature. This spot has definitely earned a place in my favorites.“

“Stopped by the drive-thru late last night and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. The night crew was quick, polite, and got the order right even at that hour. I think Jass was on headset-super calm and professional with the pleasant smile. Always nice to get good service, even during the late shift. Appreciate the team working those hours!“

“I purchased a Tim's gift card at Giant Tiger for a friend the card said activated but would not work at several Tim Hortons. Giant Tiger did nothing and I spent several hours talking to Tim Hortons customer service which did nothing.
I went to this location and the manager/owner Shawn was wonderful he took the card that did not work and gave me another with a bit extra for the inconvenience.
I go there quite a bit and will continue to do so as he treats customers with respect, honesty and integrity. ❤️“

Although the quality of the coffee isn't top-notch, the variety of donuts and pastries is always a treat.

The staff are generally pleasant and efficient, ensuring a positive experience overall. Despite the coffee not being the best, the inviting environment and tasty snacks make it worth visiting.“

“This was 2 days ago one of the employees at this location named Jhalak who works nights.... may I say is the most polite person ever she helped me out with my queries and even informed me about the different kinds of coffees I could try ,10/10 for Jhalak's efforts. She helped me pick my coffee according to my taste buds and that's my to go now .. Definitely deserves a raise 😉. Keep up the great work And Thank you 💪.“

“I was the other day and even though it was busy, after school crowd and drive thru the kids behind the counter handled it well. A customer began to scream at the girl behind the counter about the chicken. Wouldn't let them offer anything or speak to rectify the situation. People need to stop being horrible to service workers. I wanted to make sure people knew they did well. I had no issues with food was done how i asked and the coffee was fresh. I love this Tims.“

“I ordered gift cards and the teller messed it up. I asked for a refund because I was worried my gift cards were not actually loaded (I ordered a large sum worth). It became a long thing with the manager swearing on speaker phone. I had to eventually leave with the situation unresolved but they did fix it and apologized perfusely. I'm sure they serve food fine and the staff was friendly. I would just likely go to my normal location to get gift cards next time.“

“Person taking my order did not punch in my request for coke to drink. Even though I told her at least twice. So I had to pay twice. She did however offer me a cup to drink my coke out of so I give her that. They don't normally do that. Food good. The toilet stall in their bathroom that I was in was extremely tiny. Could barely get in or out or sit down.“
