Tim Hortons in Sarnia

“This Tim Hortons is fast, clean, and well run compared to others. I go out of my way just to come here. The drive thru wait times are reasonable, no half hour waits which is a huge win for me. A big thank you to the owners and staff for making every visit enjoyable!
I am editing this review because I was able to get the two names of the employees that make this location better.
Donna and Trudy! Their customer service and coffee making skills are top notch. These two employees are great assets to this franchise.“

“Visited this Tim’s for breakfast and found the donuts fresh and the coffee well made. Drive-thru moved efficiently waited only a few minutes and the staff handled orders politely under pressure. The front-of-house and tables were generally clean; fascinating about this particular store is the staff addresses the customer with a smile even in there rush hours. Overall a good spot for a quick grab-and-go or a casual stop or to hangout with friends“

“I was genuinely amazed by the service at this place is warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable specially a girl named Harman with humble nature, and that little extra effort didn’t go unnoticed. I ordered a coffee, and it was smooth, rich, and just the right temperature. This spot has definitely earned a place in my favorites.“

“We decided to stop in for lunch while running errabds and chose the new Thanksgiving turkey sandwhich. WOW Tims have got it right with this one as its delicious! Shout out to our sandwhich maker today as the first bun was overcooked and she aplogised and checked to see if that was ok and happily remade it no problem at all.“

“I tried this Tim Hortons for the first time today, and everything went well. The service was fast, and my food tasted fresh, especially the baked items. The place looked clean, and the staff worked efficiently. I used the app to order ahead, and pickup was easy. Good first impression overall.“

“Got dumped in the corner booth at Tim’s. Brutal. Thought my night was done until Raj, absolute legend behind the counter, walked over with a box of Timbits and said,
“Bro, she doesn’t deserve you or these sugar-coated miracles.”
Man kept me supplied with double-doubles like emotional support beverages and checked on me between rushes like a therapist with a headset.
When I was too heartbroken to drive, Raj called me an Uber and said, “You’ll be alright, buddy. Happens to the best of us.”

Five stars. If I ever get dumped again, I’m choosing Tim Hortons and I’m choosing Raj.“

“Person taking my order did not punch in my request for coke to drink. Even though I told her at least twice. So I had to pay twice. She did however offer me a cup to drink my coke out of so I give her that. They don't normally do that. Food good. The toilet stall in their bathroom that I was in was extremely tiny. Could barely get in or out or sit down.“
