“We went out for a quick bite at around 12:45 and the lady over the drive thru speaker was so upbeat and really fun to talk to over the speaker !!! food was really fast and they fixed my ice coffee when the made a mistake. I can’t complain they have the best service and all really kind !“

“This has got to be by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever encountered. I ordered dinner for myself and my two kids, my order was 1 teen burger combo with coke , and 2 kids meals chicken strips with apple juice . Upon reaching my destination unloaded my kids and the food on a bench, I pulled out our order and to my surprise we were given the wrong kids meal drinks , we got 2 root beers. I went back and asked for the correct drinks and for the inconvenience of coming back I asked if I could have an apple pie. Upon reaching the window I was greeted by the manager who’s exact words were “I know you , you ordered 3 kids meals 1 apple juice and 2 root beers and you will not get an apple pie.” I showed her my meal to prove that I was not the person she claimed to know. The fact that I had to argue to receive my apple juices and was spoken to in such a disgusting and disrespectful manner has me appalled. I asked for her name, which she had torn off her name tag before I had spoken to her, she refused to give it to me.“

“Just went in here for the first it was the nicest Burger King I’ve ever been to! The service was amazing, my boyfriend and I had such a nice experience the lady serving us at the cash was so helpful and the kind gentleman working was so kind to us as well. “my first time at an A&W. I had a great experience at A&W thanks to Isaiah. His customer service was honestly top tier. He was polite, patient, and made sure everything in my order was right. You can tell he actually cares about doing his job well and making customers feel welcome. It’s rare to see that kind of genuine attitude sometimes, but Isaiah definitely made the visit better. “We had a really pleasant lunch today at the Cedar Kitchen. The servers were excellent … attentive and friendly. Our hot sandwiches were so tasty and every plate brought out from the kitchen looked so good. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. Can’t wait to go back! 😀“

“On great reviews we decided to try Perfect Szn. We reserved a table for a party of 9. Celebrating both my parents 80th b/d and our grand daughters birthday. My folks were coming from out of town and had never met their great grand daughter so it was a very special celebration. Perfect Szn did not disappoint. They actually exceeded our expectations. Our meals were so fresh and delicious. A few of us had fries as our sides. Omg, the fries are to die for. With a touch of Perfect Szn seasoning is a must try. Our server Kristen was so friendly, patient, sweet and went above and beyond to make our experience great. You know when someone loves their job and it truly showed with her. “second new restaurant in Bradford with poor customer service! So, my husband had a floater in his beer, they disagreed but reluctantly gave him a new beer. there was a beer and wine special, we were only told about the beer. I asked for flats only and was told no guarantee would probably get one or two drumsticks - I got two flats... (see photo). waitress said "oh sorry" . waste of 14.99 for 8 wings. my husband overheard the waitress tell the Manager and he said "oh don't worry about it they won't be back anyways". he is correct!!“

“Casual pub on the Main St in Beeton.
Grabbed quick wings and a pint on our way through; wings were fresh and decent, flavours on offer are what you'd expect.
Service was friendly and bathrooms were clean, the most interesting thing imo is that this was originally a home for wayward girls 😄
Regret not ordering the Fish & Chips, they looked good!
