It's not technically part of the store's responsibilities, but I like that there's a regular crowd of customers there that makes the place feel more lively.“

“This has got to be by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever encountered. I ordered dinner for myself and my two kids, my order was 1 teen burger combo with coke , and 2 kids meals chicken strips with apple juice . Upon reaching my destination unloaded my kids and the food on a bench, I pulled out our order and to my surprise we were given the wrong kids meal drinks , we got 2 root beers. I went back and asked for the correct drinks and for the inconvenience of coming back I asked if I could have an apple pie. Upon reaching the window I was greeted by the manager who’s exact words were “I know you , you ordered 3 kids meals 1 apple juice and 2 root beers and you will not get an apple pie.” I showed her my meal to prove that I was not the person she claimed to know. The fact that I had to argue to receive my apple juices and was spoken to in such a disgusting and disrespectful manner has me appalled. I asked for her name, which she had torn off her name tag before I had spoken to her, she refused to give it to me.“

The drive thru is odd as unlike most places you do NOT go around the building...instead you enter from the west and exit on the west of the building...besides that no real issues...mushroom/swiss melt (5/5) was very good...whopper (3.5/5) was okay...sides (5/5) were delicious“

“Wendy’s is the best Bolton fast food option. The fries are not greasy at all and there are many salad options. The burgers are always so juicy and it has the Coca Cola free style machine which is awesome. The cashiers are all so nice, special shout out to Akari who is very diligent at her job. When I lost my sunglasses there all cashiers did their best to check the back room for them. It is also the cleanest fast food restaurant. Overall very affordable“
