“Been plenty of times and honestly never any complaints. Service is quick and food always tastes good. Only issue is the occasional homeless person causing a disturbance outside or sometimes rarely inside but it’s taken care of fairly quickly.“
“I had a very pleasant experience at McDonald’s. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and met the quality I expect. What truly stood out was the excellent service provided by the staff. In particular, Rosa at the counter was extremely polite, professional, and efficient. She handled my order with a positive attitude and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. “The other day I ordered a sweet chili grilled wrap, which was poorly prepared. May I note it WAS NOT from this location. But today I ordered one again was very pleased. I really wish the consistency from one store to another existed. But thank you so much to this particular store. Great job!“
“Went to sit in and eat. Service was so prompt despite being busy. I went up to get some ketchup and Sara D was such a kind and genuine person. She thanked me for being so kind and patient and was so bubbly and sweet. Food was as good as usual. But service should be more like that everytime! Thank you Sara!“
“The best local McDs to dine in, and drive thru is better than Welland Ave. Playground is great for young kids (kids need socks). Food is what you’d expect from McDs. They do mess up the order sometimes, shown correctly on receipt just not everything is right in the bag. Easy fix when you dine-in but taking an incorrect order home is very frustrating. I dined in and the cleanliness was the worse part, many tables dirty and the floor. Usually I would see someone cleaning in the 30-45 mins but not this time. Bathrooms are now locked which is inconvenient for the patrons but I guess too many people using it and not ordering? FYI playground isn’t monitored, a few bad kids and helicopter parents can definitely diminish the export all. Definitely worth giving this spot a try for dine-in“
