McDonald's in St. Catharines

“"Why is there a person in McDonald's uniform in my dining room? Lol"
Well. Chances are because I work at a different mcdonalds.
Props to the crew person who was mortified to realize I heard the comment. It's always louder behind the counter than in front.

Aside from that. The staff were happy, they were productive, and helping each other out. They clearly like what they do, and it certainly shows in the service they provide.

“The other day I ordered a sweet chili grilled wrap, which was poorly prepared. May I note it WAS NOT from this location. But today I ordered one again was very pleased. I really wish the consistency from one store to another existed. But thank you so much to this particular store. Great job!“

“Went to sit in and eat. Service was so prompt despite being busy. I went up to get some ketchup and Sara D was such a kind and genuine person. She thanked me for being so kind and patient and was so bubbly and sweet. Food was as good as usual. But service should be more like that everytime! Thank you Sara!“
