“A 10/10 must stop foodie restaurant. We enjoyed 1) the gobbler: a vegan spin on a thanksgiving sandwich with gravy for dipping and 2) the halloumi hot honey sandwich: a vegan hot grilled halloumi cheese with pesto and tofu bacon jam with greens. Both of our dishes were excellent for taste, texture, and presentation. Thank you Heather for hosting us and answering all our menu questions. So many choices and styles of dishes here at Rise Above. Truly a must stop shop! We will be returning tomorrow for a homemade vegan pumpkin cheesecake.“

“Walked in on a Sunday afternoon about 4 minutes before closing. After waving book marked it for a long time, I was so disappointed that I reached late and that they had just two flavours left. I picked them any ways.
Sprinkle - just a regular doughnut, thankfully made vegan. One bite and it bought memories of the last time I had this. Just as I remembered. Bang on.
Coconut Cream - now this was a doughnut that just blew me away. One bite and I was blown. Family had a similar reaction. The coconut cream was so soft and fluffy and just sweet enough. The coconut flakes outside provided a crunch texture and the doughnut was just perfect.
This location is about a 100kms away from home and I feel like driving all the way for just for this!sprinkle“

“Very small and cozy, and the food was excellent! We has goulash, schnitzel and gravlax...and very well-prepared and traditional. Drinks menu was varied, with lots of options for 4 very different preferences at our table. Honestly one of the best home-cooked type meals we've had in a long time.
Even the bathrooms were cozy!“

“We had an excellent experience at Wind tonight- there was an unfortunate event of a medical emergency, in which the staff reacted with the upmost compassion and professionalism. The guest quietly insisted on covering the drinks for the people around them (which was so so so kind & unnecessary- but thank you ❤️ just glad you are okay), and Wind covered an additional round if we were interested, which was totally above and beyond for a circumstance outside of anyone’s control. My deepest gratitude & well wishes go towards the guest who had a tough night- that was so kind & generous of you, I hope you’re doing well ❤️ and to the staff who maintained a positive energy & professional manner, job well done, everything was handled so courteously & thoughtfully.“

“First time customer last night. The ambiance was very nice. The food was very good. There was 7 of us for dinner and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Overall, the food was fantastic and the price was reasonable for the portion size. (large portions) We will be back soon.“

“Hands-down, this is the cleanest one in all of Niagara. The staff are super friendly. They give you big serving sizes of the items you want in your burrito. They wrapped the burrito perfectly so it didn’t fall apart halfway through eating it. The gentleman with glasses was super friendly will definitely be back.“

“Just passing thru St Catharines and happily stumbled on this Resto! Most delicious pho full of veggies, beef and I had the spicy chicken dumplings and the Best ramen. It had an awesome taste and a great portion of pork. Please open a restaurant in Ottawa!“

“We didn’t like it!!🙈😋 You gotta try the mix fajitas, the soup ‘carne en su jugo’, the carne asada steak, the chilaquiles, with a marga-beer, tacos de birria. Those are our fav!

“Very good affordable pizza, it’s our new go-to spot. The chicken Parmesan dinner is excellent, even better than the pizza. Love that they have options in addition to pizza. Great sauce, but I’ve found it to be a little inconsistent. It’s house made though so it happens. Will definitely go back. I give them 4.5 stars.“

“We traditionally share different dishes. It give us the opportunity to try different things. The food was incredible. Flavourful.. lol there was npt a lot left over! It was so good! The naan was incredible. We are used to scrimpy Naan.. so we ordered 2.. boy what a surprise! It was huge! Favourite dishea loaded Samosa Chaat, kadhaiwala gosht, gramas veg pakora. There are so many things yet to try! We will be back!“
