“Don't underestimate this little ice cream shop. It might seem a little rustic but it is very clean and managed by a very pleasant young man who takes the business very seriously. He genuinely wants to deliver a great service and product. The food we ordered was above expectations and it was nice to have fish that didn't ooze grease and the fries were very good. The wings weren't over battered and the sauce was just perfect. We tried the ice cream which was very good and the portions were large. The small cone was plenty. In the end the prices were very reasonable and we definitely plan to visit again.“

“Fantastic gelato! Lemon custard is my favourite when available. It's a very small shop to the left of Nisi. It's amusing to read these negative reviews though. The owner is always friendly to everyone whenever I've visited and is helpful if I have questions. Wouldn't be surprised if these reviews come from competitors. If you want the best gelato that downtown Burlington has to offer; that's made from scratch and not just resold product from a 3rd party vendor, come here and taste the difference - you won't be disappointed.“

“Our fav is their Half and Half. Tried a few flavours and all seem to be perfect. What we don’t like is the absurd self-made rule of stop serving milk shakes 15 mins before closing. Turned around two times now for being 2 mins late and the excuse that they just washed the blenders. They should honour the customer rather than giving these excuses. When your closing time is 10pm then you should be serving everything on the menu until that time or change your closing time to 9:45pm and ask your people to start washing blenders after that. Good food is one thing but having such an attitude towards customer destroys everything. The owner or whoever is making these rules should take notice“

“I’ve had some dry cupcakes from Kelly’s in the past. Vegan and gluten-free is a hard combination to nail, but today I was pleasantly surprised. All of the items I tried were adequately moist, and pretty tasty. The Nanaimo bar was really sweet, but I would definitely get the Skinny Cookie or the Cinnamon Sugar Donut again. They also have a nice coffee menu. For me, it’s nice to have Kelly’s as an option to pick up a vegan cupcake to bring along to a family celebration where non-vegan cake is being served.“

“A problem with my sons 2nd birthday cake happened so we needed a cake right there and right then, I stopped at this location and asked if they can help me and the ladies there not only helped me IMMEDIATELY but they made me an AMAZING BEAUTIFUL BIRTHDAY CAKE in 15 mins… I honestly can’t thank them enough. Great deal for scooped ice cream and what other ice cream place in town has a beautiful waterfront vista to enjoy while you indulge? We've always found the staff to be courteous and very patient when our children take a long time choosing their flavours. Family favourites are the Key Lime and the Blueberry Cheesecake. We happily keep coming back for more.“
