“Ordered pretty close to closing time through uber eats without realizing and was concerned… but ended up pleasantly surprised! Everything was so fresh!! The fried rice, fried noodles, beef stir fry and egg rolls were cooked to perfection. You can tell thought and care went into each dish especially considering the circumstances. This has officially become my go-to spot.“

“For buddies meet for dinner on 04/06/24 @ 530pm for diner. Place was surprisingly almost empty. The food was in general pretty good, the quantity was over whelming. The price was a bit high but not terrible. Its been years since our last visit but we all left full with leftovers for a couple of days.“

“Good was delicious and plentiful. Definitely would buy from again. Maybe if you want something added, ask for it next time ( read a lot of complaints about onions not in the fried rice) but it was delicious. Sweet and Sour sauce served as a side…perfect so the chicken doesn’t get soggy (and yes it would thicken if you let it cool-another response to a bad review). Overall, would definitely recommend. Dumplings were fantastic, soup was full of wontons.“

“Was pleasantly surprised, as I had judged them by the reviews. But I really wanted Chinese food, so I got the Mongolian Beef combo for dinner. It was great. Tonight I had the General Tso’s Chicken combo dinner. Both entrees were done with “medium” spice, which is enough for me. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the fried outer breading shell was thin and not mushy. Fried rice is very tasty as well as the egg roll that came with the dinner combo. A great experience.“

I usually go the opposite way but we went there and I tried it. The food was excellent and they gave us. Huge portions it's enough food to eat for 3 days.“

Parking: Other business in a complex that I also visit. Grocery store, Little Ceasars, Social security office and ladies get your nails ? done also there.

Kid-friendliness: Yes you can bring the small wonders with you. Be careful no running in the parking lot and hold there hands.

“Hello Everyone I Ordered the S&S Chicken,Fried rice with all the meats, crab Rangoon, egg roll, fried crab claws. Food prep took 20 min longer than advised time.The rice was very flavorful lots of meat and CLEAN shrimp but just a tad bit on the dry side.The chicken was crispy hot and delicious. Crab Rangoon light and golden, eggrolls were great too! They were out of the deep fried crab claws i was kinda bummed but I'll try next time. All condiment and sauce i asked for were provided and server was very polite!“

“Small Chinese restaurant that no longer allows dining in so it is strictly take out now. I have been coming to this place for many years, but there has been ownership turnover. However, the food still seems to be consistently very good. My favorites are sesame chicken and spicy noodles. They have a good selection of egg rolls such as pork, chicken, etc. and they are of good quality and good taste.“

Well this past Christmas we celebrated on the 24th. Christmas Day we didn't want to cook and decided to try and find a Chinese restaurant that was open for carry out. Well we landed on Dynasty. I can tell you with 100% honesty that this is some of the greatest Chinese carry out we've ever had. Great portions. Tastes amazing and the family is wonderful. We've been back several times and will continue to order from here. The restaurant itself isn't much to look at but please don't let that turn you off.Highly recommend!!!“

“The food was warm and tasty. Great price, better deal in the long run than taking the wife to McDonald's. The only drawback is that it's a small town restaurant, so limited selection. Sorry, no sushi, but it has the standard rice, chop sui, egg rolls, wanton soup, wok fried vegetables, and small salad bar. Some cocktail shrimp and deep fried shrimp my wife likes, that's it for sea food. The staff is friendly. Want to be full at the end of your meal this is the place. Atmosphere is no-frills, but the restaurant is clean. I would highly recommend it if you are passing by the town of Essex .“

“Never been here before. I was sick with a stomach flu so I didn’t feel like anything heavy or overly flavourful. I ordered the wonton soup with egg noodles. When I entered into the place, it looked clean and the food from the kitchen smelled good. Staff greeted me immediately and were very kind. When I got home and tried the soup, it was everything I was looking for. Will be coming back when I feel better to try the other stuff on the menu!“

The food comes out hot and you can taste the freshness in every bite. You can tell the veggies are very fresh as well from the color and the crispness. There is tons of flavor as well. Very reasonably priced for their combos for the amount of food you get.Highly recommend for anyone wanting to try. The staff is extremely friendly and greets you when you walk in as well, which is hard to find anymore. The entire place is very clean and the tables are cleaned off promptly.“

It should say sweet and sour chicken balls because that's what I received.
It was really good but not what I ordered. The fried rice is flavourful and the egg roll wasn't greasy.

Don't listen to the haters ? like Trice, who obviously didn't even take a bite before giving the sweet counter lady crap and writing a horrible review. Also they DO have orange chicken on their menu (imagine lying in your review for attention Thrice) and all of the sauces are great. The sauces are "darker" in color because they are very flavorful and made with love. Been coming here for 20 years easily. No one compares ??‍♀️. Best eggrolls. “This was my go to Chinese food back in the day when I lived in Detroit. Haven’t been able to get good Chinese food north of 8 mile in a while. Decided to drive to Detroit to check out Chan’s again. Almond chicken and shrimp fried rice, just like years ago. I had a hard time calling in to place an order, but finally got through with food ready in 15 min. Arrived and waited 45 min. Although irritated on the wait, was well worth the wait. Don’t forget the egg rolls. The best of the best. Highly recommended.“
