“What can I say about this so-called China Wok? Many words can describe this fine establishment: amazing, incredible, beautiful, delicious, authentic. But if I had to describe it in one word, I’d say “family.” When you come into China wok, when they scoop you your massive scoops of fried rice, bourbon chicken, and sesame chicken, you feel like you’re part of a wonderful family. I can’t recommend this enough, it made me feel like I have a place in the world.“
“My Chinese partner and I love coming here. They have authentic Chinese recipes for them and general Tso for myself. The owner has taken over the making of the Bao in the front window from the lady that used to do it. He is always welcoming and kind. I always recommend this place for anyone wanting soup Bao.Parking: Being on Wyandotte, parking can be hard. I usually park on Josephine where it is free then walk over.“
“Food was delicious! Lives up to the “best Chinese in midtown” quo! Everything was satisfying and the service was amazing! Will definitely be coming back here upon revisiting the city! If you’re a veggie lover I recommend the lettuce wraps! Also the dim sum is awesome! So much fun and variety! “Excellent all around. Delicious food, generous portions, fair pricing, friendly staff. The breading on the chicken is much lighter than any other place, which I prefer. It's always fully cooked but not tough. Fried rice is very different from others but again is better, and includes lots of chicken as well. My favorite ever Chinese restaurant.“
