We've been here twice and there was live music both times.The 4.2 star rating is suprising to me as some other Italian restaurants in Windsor have higher average google reviews for an inferior experience. La Rucola is definitely one of our favorites.“
“OMG Dave and Amelia are the best mixologist duo. Hubby and I came across Two Birds on google and were impressed with the reviews and photos. Our first visit was nothing short of amazing filled with luxurious and herbaceous cocktails. The atmosphere and vibes in Two Birds was very refreshing. Mature crowd, great music, tasty drinks. “First of I would like to say compliments to the chef!! This place came recommended by the fellow yelper and it did not disappoint. We made a reservation for Saturday evening, place was not packed we were seated in the downstairs area by the bar clean neat decor with NOLA vibes. Our server was great she recommended the oysters based on your preference and suggested the beef tartar as an appetizer. For main dish we opted for shrimp risotto and chefs special that evening was sea-bass with crusted vegetables. Outstanding fish was buttery and flaky and risotto had ton of flavor. Dessert was an interesting combination of sponge cake soaked up with caramelized pears just wow!! They also have a live jazz music upstairs. Great experience absolutely worse a drive. Will be back to try more dishes“
“Sat at the bar with a friend, had great friendly service. My friend had the cherry mojito it was AMAZING! I had a blueberry gin cocktail I forgot what it was called but it was also very delicious. We split 6 oysters very fresh and very tasty. I will definitely return great atmosphere“
“Hosted an event here for my daughter. It was an overall great experience. The owners are friendly, accommodating and punctual. The food was amazing, the service was amazing and the atmosphere is beautiful. I definitely will come back again. Highly recommend.Parking: To the left of the front entrance has parking and around back there is a private enclosed parking lot with plenty more spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair/Stroller accessibility at the rear entrance where all the parking is.“

“What a unique atmosphere! The interior of this restaurant is very cool, using a lot of modern lighting and live edge wood for the furniture. it smells amazing as you walk in. Thanks to the wood fired oven. Although I am not a wine connoisseur, they had a wide variety of bubbly choices for me to sip on while my friends tried flights of wine! The waitress was really sweet as well. The Michelle pizza was excellent!“
“Great little neighbourhood lounge, where everbody knows your name kind of vibe. Live acoustic music Thurs, Fri and Sat nights. Rustic whiskey barrel stand up tables add to a comfortable atmosphere. Bar stools available too. Doesn't offer food but there are options close by. Michelle, the owner/manager/bartender had a great handle on serving a full house on a Saturday night. She is awesome and knows her house. She offers a great extensive wine and whiskey menu. Special events are periodically organized, such as wine tastings, speed dating, whatever brings in the people. Michelle also brings in great local musicians to keep the house full. The crowd was a nice mixture of all age groups.
