“Was there Monday September 29th 2025 overall was a good experience wife and I both ordered the 11oz New York steak only thing I can say is 4 different waiters kept comming to see how the food was first time a female waiter came litterally as the plate was put infront of me I didn’t even have my fork in hand yet steak was way to salty and extremely over done with pepper aswell the waiter Mathew that was behind the bar was beyond amazing guy he even made sure he could help with a sealed dads rootbeer to take home to put on my shelf of dads stuff lol“

“A very cosy uptown restaurant ! I have been several times over the years and it never disappoints. Was there again last night and have to say the veal scallopini was excellent. It was a tough choice as there are so many delicious things on the menu. The friendly and excellent service, food and ambiance was perfect. A big thank you to the staff for such an enjoyable evening. “I have been eating here for a while now. I don't know why I have never left a review but better late than never!
The food here is great, and the way they treat you is even better! I recommend eating food from here.
It is a sports bar though, so maybe don't come here for a date - but if you want to catch the game, go for it!“

“You dont come here for the atmosphere but the patio is very nice. Excellent pub food and service. Definitely recommend the onion rings (made in house) and the chicken wings (big and tasty).“

“For appetizers, we ordered the Cashew Chili Chicken, which felt a bit like a South Asian take on Kung Pao chicken—completely different in recipe and technique, but whether it’s good or not, your tongue knows immediately.
We also had the calamari and shrimp, which was excellent as well, with great texture and well-balanced seasoning.
For mains, we ordered three dishes:
a Top Sirloin steak,
a Steak Frites,
and a blackened Mahi Mahi, all of which were very satisfying.
The fish was something I hadn’t encountered before. Apparently, it migrates every year from Florida all the way to the Taiwan Strait—a very “athletic” kind of fish. I even looked up photos of what it looks like in the ocean, which was quite interesting.
We had two draft beers, clean and refreshing in taste.
For dessert, we ordered two items, and the standout was the Espresso Martini—the bitterness of the espresso intertwined with the alcohol created a “quiet indulgence” kind of flavor, perfect for savoring alone.
Service was generally good. The only small drawback was that the main courses were served before we had finished the appetizers, even though we had clearly asked for them to be served separately.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience—one I’ll remember.“

“During the holiday season, I had a reservation with a friend. Our waitress was phenomenal. Efficient, personable and, thoughtful. It was very lively as there or a number of parties going on celebrating the season and the year end. Our food was excellent as was my Manhattan martini.“

“Love this place. The vibes are impeccable. What the owners have created here is something truly special. It’s everything you want in a local spot — welcoming and filled with heart. You can genuinely feel the care and effort that’s gone into making it more than just a bar.
The drink selection is excellent, and the wings and fries absolutely hit the spot.
We were there to watch Heated Rivalry and the atmosphere was perfect. They even let us stay to watch one more episode.

While it's sitting in the middle of an industrial hub, it has succeeded in gathering families around a tasty traditional meal, like creamchop or "qoozi", or a social game or event. “My friends and I had a great time here after stopping by on a whim; we liked the name as we walked by. Great food and drinks, all very reasonably priced. We are from the States and were met with warmth and hospitality, and given so many ideas on where to go next. Ozzi, Kevin, and Pedro, along with others, offered us a wonderful time and conversation. “Its an unashamedly 'no frills' local Portuguese pub and if you appreciate it through that lens of that you'll have a good time.No beer on draft, cash only, although people here down to earth, nice and owner/Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Complimentary popcorn/snacks and people who don't take themselves too seriously having a good time. Well worth a visit??“

“We head to the Carbon Bar at least once a month to watch 'the game' or just a pub food night out. The food is consistently good quality and always served hot. The servers are attentive and focused on their customers! Its a great local bar and we're rarely disappointed when we show up!“
