“We finally went to the burger factory in Thornhill and let me just start by saying it did not disappoint ! From the price point, to the selection and sides, everything just made sense. The burgers were so delicious and so fresh, you could just tell the quality of the meat is as promised, and not frozen like many other chain stores. As a bread lover, I thoroughly enjoyed their buns, and it had the right texture.

Moreover the owners are super friendly and they didn’t try to up-sell which is rare. In fact when I thought I need to get cheese he explained the burger already comes with the cheese slices so i didn’t have to pay more to get cheese. Their generosity was evident even with all the sides we ordered. we definitely got food for our money if not more. My husband and I also got milk shakes and it was freshly made, it didn’t have that greasy taste that you get sometimes with the fake “ice creams” where it’s just a layer of oil sitting on your palette.

Finally, as a mom I really appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and the changing table in the stall for privacy reasons. I will definitely be coming back and this will probably be one of my go tos! Thanks again for such a great meal!!“
