“I’ve been ordering 15 meal package for 7 weeks now (going on 8 weeks, and likely continuing for at least another several weeks)

My experience is as follows:
1. Communication/Customer Service: I have been emailed at a pretty consistent time every week for pick up. When I did have an issue (it was only a swap in meal - both were beef, so this was by no means any inconvenience or problem whatsoever), they emailed me back immediately and offered me two options: to swap it for me if I returned back to the storefront since I elected for pick up method or receive a complimentary protein snack at next order for the inconvenience (I chose this option and the snack was delicious!). Overall communication and service is quick and very friendly over email and in person!

Food / Taste: I personally like the food a lot! a few select options are slightly more “plain tasting” (but in an effort to eat healthier and not saturate foods with a ton of sauce, sugar or sodium etc) - this was a positive experience! And note that I still re-ordered these similar style items in subsequent weeks, while other items are a bit more flavourful / saucy so I was pleased with the varying options with majority not having “too many ingredients” in the meals

Convenience: the biggest factor for me personally is not having to think or worry about cooking, prepping, etc. super convenient (both the original packaging with lids and the new sealed packaging) are highly convenient and quick to prepare every day (and I’ve never had any issue picking up my order every Sunday at a fairly consistent time)

Price: in line with some other common precooked meal services. Find some discount codes, check out their Instagram page, or order larger quantities for better per meal value. I would say other meal prep services offer larger first-time or return customer specials / discounts, but Fit Meal does offer consistent discount codes via their partnerships with influencers or ambassadors etc“

“I was so surprised Molly's Market is open on a Sunday afternoon! The hours are amazing!

I follow the fodmap diet and I find a lot of gluten free baked goods will use dates or other high fodmap ingredients. Although nothing was listed as low fodmap, there were plenty of options after reading the ingredients! It was good too!“

“I'm not usually a salad/bowl type of person, but I've been walking past this store so many times that I thought I'd try it out. I realized I was missing out big time.

Context: I personally prefer bowls that are on the warm side, with ingredients that are cooked rather than toppings that are left crunchy and raw. Mad Radish hit that spot perfectly. The bowls hearty and nourishing and they are well balanced in terms of rice to sauce ratio. Once I tried one of their bowls, I ordered another one a few days later and look forward to visiting again.“

“A pretty “ down to the Earth” place to go. I went there today for artemisinin, the owner is very patient and professional. he found me the medicine and gave practical suggestions. he also asked what’s it for and gave me a box of sea moss for free to try because I was trying to improve my immune system. Great customer service and generous on ideas. He’s easy to get along with. Decent pricing. Would definitely go second time if need buy any supplements. ?“

“I was trying to get a product and had a hard time finding it but was lucky enough to get it at Nature's source. The customer service was a good unfortunately I have a discount and they could not apply it because they did not know how and the person who was in charge of their internet team was unavailable. It was very unfortunate because if you have a license and you are entitled to a discount it's not cool if you leave paying 20% more than you should have! Other than that I don't usually have an issue shopping at Nature's source. They need to rectify that issue because they did not know how to enter in a discount code. It just seems very basic to me that's all!“

I would give 5/5 but it just feels a little too cramped in there sometimes.Most commonly I find I’m trying to go through the aisles only to be blocked by staff stocking shelves, who generally will make room for you but sometimes it’s tricky. It would be better if shelves were stocked in a way that didn’t block large parts of aisles but it’s just the space they have.What is great about this store is the ease of the location and variety of speciality items, considering the limited stock space. Staff are polite and generally very friendly.It’s not my regular store but it is a good spot for specific vegan and/gluten-free items. It carries some items I can only ever find at whole foods so a local store is great.Worth checking out“

“The absolute best office lunch. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and restaurant is very clean and well organized. Food is always fresh fresh fresh!! and tastes amazing every time. I like the bamboo bowl; it's gluten free and good for a celiac. I add extra green curry sauce but don't feel the need to add an extra protein. Most days I can't finish the whole meal.“

“Incredibly tasting mock meat. There are a ton of options, from mock chicken to lamb, pork, beef, El, shrimp, bacon, and duck! The mock duck is uncanny how real and yummy it appears and tastes!
