“This shop is a great addition to the downtown water front. The drinks are perfect for summer. I really enjoyed the banh mi sandwich as well, very tasty. However very little ingredients in it….im used to banh mi being packed full of veggies. There are hardly any veggies in there. Feels a little cheap… very little daikon, 2 pieces of meat, I counted 3 half slices of cucumber….sometimes they use jalapeños, sometimes it’s the red chillies. A message to the owners- I would happily pay a few dollars more for a loaded sandwich that actually kept me full you know? At the moment it’s mostly bread. Very yummy bread of course but very little else. I understand they’ve only been open a few weeks so maybe it’s just growing pains right now? I see lots of others comment the same issue with the banh mi’s on Facebook. So hopefully the owners fix this and continue to do well! I wish them success“
