Druxy's ROM Café Reviews
Very disappointing experience.
The service was completely unprofessional. When I tried to get a staff member's attention, he shouted at me at the top of his lungs instead of responding courteously. Best deli sandwich and soup...EVER... And the service was even better :) Next time we are in Barrie we will be stopping for sure :)
Ordered “Chicken Fingers and Fries” for $13.95 from the menu…was served Dino Nuggies and frozen French fries.
Absolutely disgusting.

Druxy's ROM Café offers a varied menu, including options like the Ruban sandwich, poutine, chicken strips, burger, cheesecake, salad, and breakfast bagel. Customers praise the top-tier service and delicious, satisfying food. The restaurant is a popular choice for those visiting the Royal Ontario Museum.
The falafel wrap is a large portion with an overwhelming amount of toppings, though it is still tasty overall. Customers can request customization of the toppings. The service can be a bit slow, which can be challenging for those in a rush. The big burger, cheese burger, fries, and onion rings are also available, though some customers find the food lacks seasoning.
After visiting an exhibition at the ROM, the café in the Hyacinth Gloria Chen Crystal Court provides a comfortable setting for an afternoon tea. The service is quick, and the Mini Eggs Cookie, croissants, and tea are recommended.
