“The food truck is at a very convenient and great spot if you dont want to go out of your way to the Waterfront. The BeaverTail my husband and I shared, BrrWownie, waswell made and tasted great.
The only downside to our experience was when we waited a really long time for our BeaverTail to be made, and unfortunately the lady forgot about us and served a couple of teenagers first who arrived after us, so my husband had to go up and remind her of our order. We were on the way to Rogers for a ball game that night (about two weeks ago) but we figured we arrived early enough to still have time to grab a beavertail and eat it on the way to our gate, in spit of it being busy. But due to the incident that we were forgotten and others who arrived after us were being served, we ended up being late for our game.
The lady herself was friendly and hardworking and knows how to make good beavertails, but we could see she was overwhelmed with the large amount of customers she had to deal with on her own. The only suggestion I have is to get an extra person to help out, have 2 people work, during the time when a lot of people come for the ball games. There are huge crowds of people passing the food truck on the way to Rogers Center and it would help lighten the load of the overwhelming amount of orders that she had to deal with all at once if she had a second person helping her.
Other than that, keep up the good work and perhaps we would stop by again when we are in Toronto next time!“

“Friendly staff! If they make any mistakes, they fix it right away and I usually don't have reoccuring issues. Of course this location is very busy, especially during events at the venue History as there aren't many options in the vicinity of the area, but that being said the staff works well as a team to get the orders out as quickly as possible. Prices are good compared to other fast food joints, but what keeps me coming back is how clean they are and how serious they are about food safety.

They wash their hands a lot, which I notice since I’m super germ-conscious. Only one time, I had to call out a guy who handled cash and then started packing food without washing his hands after. It seemed weird because I’d seen him wash his hands a few times before and after using the POS (no cash) while I was waiting to order.

Anyway, please keep up the hand-washing; it really stands out and matters to people like me who’ll ditch a place over one cross-contamination issue.
